I pictured Vyperion-1's voice being that of Tobicane Allahandra (The Dandy Man from Hellsing)
For Vladimir, the Leader voice from Soul Calibur 5 hits the nail on the head
As for Ragnar, I'm leaving this one up for people to decide based on their imaginations, as mine would be very biased for the Viking appearance.

I just tend to go with something age appropriate. Avoiding accents, colloquialisms, or localizations all together. If the other writer understands my communication? Then the character's text bubble has achieved it's goal. Lulz.
