  History to be written: Here are some notes for when I decide to do that:
  
  I know his oldest part of his history like how he became what he is... and gained his abilities through his holocron he carries, but that is it.
  
  Aka the Sith inside attempted to take over his mind but failed and so he learned some of her knowledge, but not all. He also had his personallity warped in an fully Jekall to Hyde fashion. No more the kind healer he had been before, everything that he once was... now flipped on its head. Now she tempts him to try and fully take over his personally. Her ghost always whispering over his shoulder and trying to get him to go along with what she wants.
  
  I would like to say that actually before this he was somewhat normal and was a skilled doctor who liked to help people. He was fond of making sure that the children on the planets he worked at where well looked after. One day he would have gone to a more rugged planet (Pick one) and that was when a call reached out to him. Apparently he had always had a latent connection to the Force of some type, which had helped him when he was healing people. It would be there that he found the holocron.
  
  As for the history of what has happened while I was gone... I could boil that down to he was not involved because he chose not to be... Which is why he lost everything he had except his cool little flag ship which itself will need repair depending on whomever he becomes involved with that can provide it..

  The best way to describe Charles is a killer a cold, clean, professional, and methodical killer. He considers himself a professional and prides himself on that fact remaining very cold when it comes to doing a job, and he will go to any lengths to finish it. That including torturing someone for months on end to get a confession for both the thrill and as part of his work.
  
  Sometimes he can go a little overboard… like if he was told to kill someone and they continued to escape him… and no one told him ‘please don’t turn the native fauna into monsters’ then it is likely he would do just that. The same thing comes with collateral damage. After all being a professional means being successful, what it doesn’t intel is reminded people that their lives are in the service of the Empire even as… collateral damage. So long as the enemy he was trying to have killed dies.
  
  Underneath the cold and calculating demeanor he does have his ‘warmth’… or weakness as they could be called depending on how someone wants to look at it. Something that can be focused, taken advantage of, and or even turning the silly boy into a wonderful pawn… well… at least until the dog bites the hand that feeds. Not worry though… keep Charles fed with plenty of victims that he can mutate and experiment on for the Empire and he isn’t very much a threat.
  
  
• Strengths and Weaknesses
  STRENGTHS: 1. Charles is a professional and as such he deals with each, torture, experiment, ‘client’, and fellow Sith both below and above in the same manner. It doesn’t manner if he is about to remove your organs, drain the life from your body, reprimanded an inferior, or swear his loyalty. The air about him is calm, collected, icy cold, and very ominous whenever he is dealing with what he considers a ‘job’. The best word to describe it is probably clinical…
  
  STRENGTH: 2. His single-mind nature when it comes to his development of his skills, experiments, completing a task assigned to him, or the care of his ship and its crew(Well when he gets one he feels pride in). It allows him to complete things faster, because he focuses himself completely on these single goals with dogged determination. That is not to say he doesn’t change the goal in order to not burn out, but… it has allowed him develop some of favored Force abilities further and further.
  
  WEAKNESS: 1. Charles has a soft spot for the ladies that allows him to be manipulated if another Sith knows about it. He tries to keep it hidden though so as not to put himself in any situation where someone has a measure of control over him.
  
  WEAKNESS: 2. He is overly dogged and tenacious to a fault with his experiments. The question always being if he can and Charles is never one to stop and think if he should, since it is all for the glory of the Sith Empire. The lives that are lost matter little in the long run especially if something came from it all… or he himself had fun.

  -Darth Udezi's Legacy is a Sith Holocron that he discovered years ago that he mediates over and it has helped him learn his and develops his favorite abilities.
  
  -His Favorite Medical Toolkit… with an extra-long scalpel.
  
  -Razor Finger Nails that he can slot in and out with fake prosthetic. Sharp enough to rip and tear open an exposed person, or hold onto things though with injury and pain to his fingertips.
  
  -Two Lightsabers one of which is made to look like a short sword length scalpel the other can change blade lengths.
  
  -A small spider droid that can handle Tranquility program and project it in a hologram.

  Charles has had extra rooms added that house cages for his experiments as well as a place to meditate. The very air of the place goes along with the name, which is why he prefers to have droids piolet the thing. He wants to give his victims a feeling of being stuck in space with him with nowhere to run because it makes them more pliable for his work.
  
  Faction Assets:
  
  -The Tomb- ZU Fourth Fleet known as 'The Tomb Fleet' is the fleet that Charles is currently in command of.
  
  -The 13th Assault Infantry Division aka The Zombies - A specially trained Assault Division that was the brainchild of Admiral Charles. Under the commander of Major Kom Thum they function as a body guard unit, shock troops, and boarding specialist. Also on the condition that the Admiral requires it. They have been secretly trained for the purpose of select 'political stability' functions, as well as quick response protectors of what Charles has deemed 'key assets' to himself and the Union.

  Relationships​

  
  Mir Rhor/Rhor Mir-
  Charles met the little girl whenever he became involved in the C o C project as a researcher, scientist, and most importantly doctor for the subjects. Given her survival it meant that he spent a lot of time with her taking care of her in a way that was since he touched Udezi’s holocron a very unusual practice. Yes he had practiced medicine on people in the past, but that was simply as a professional, a job, and a way to make money which forwarded his research. Mir was completely different, slowly worming her way into Charles heart and filling a hole he didn’t know existed.
  
  It started off simply enough, she was a patient whose long term health required a bedside that was warmer than he was used to being. All for the subjects mental stability was what the Sith told himself. These moments that started out as simply visits to check on her health grew longer and longer, as the girl piqued his curiosity and beside make sure she was ok would make C o C a success. They talked longer, about many topics, and it was simply hearing her laugh, watching her smile, that began to plant a seed of light within the depths of his dark twisted soul.
  
  Over time he slowly grew more protective of her, and to be honest at first he hardly noticed. Little things like giving her shots personally, checking the dosage… falling asleep in her room accidentally while sitting there during the night making sure she was ok. The day he realized how far his protective had grown though, was when a new nurse gave Mir a shot without informing Charles… oh an unspoken rule was broken… and the instant he knew what was done he found said nurse and ‘corrected’ them. In front of all the other staff present he broke every bone in their body with the Force, before absorbing what little life was left. Then without a word he returned to Mir’s side, even if Tranquility was going to give him a tongue lashing later, the message was clear… you mess with the pup… you get the fangs.
  
  The strange thing was that from Mir he never sensed the kind of fear that others showed him. She was not creeped out, she didn’t find his mannerisms odd, and most important of all… she preferred to see him without his mask. That was a first that anyone would request to see his disfigured features, the girl didn’t even blink at the sight… it was strange, but like anything else about her it warmed his heart. So he began to actually take it on himself that out of all the C o C he would be Mir’s protector, a brother figure, and father wrapped in one. They would have to go over his dead body to harm her… and that meant everyone… even the man who ordered Mir’s creation.
  
  Rhor… ah yes… Rhor… the story of how Charles feels about Mir would be incomplete without how he feels about Rhor. It didn’t take long for the experiments on Mir to show they ‘side effects’ beyond the psychical. An alternate personality calling itself Rhor, exhibiting dangerous tendencies, increased intelligence, and a conniving nature that reflects someone that is meant to be an inheritor of Charles Master’s will. Needless to say given Charles own psychopathic tendencies their interactions went from the occasional head butting to laughing together over some victim the man had obtain for them to torture. He saw this as a way to keep her under control while developing a medication that would sedate Rhor and keep her lucid, but easier to handle.
  
  Despite what was obvious a dangerous side of the girl, Charles still pampered and bowed to her whims like would have Mir. It was simply handled different, because to be honest he couldn’t bring himself to deny her. Given that Rhor was quite manipulative over time and the Sith’s submissive personality, it was never hard for her to get what she wanted. True he one day perfected the serum, but only if he could surprise her with it did Charles actually ever manage to inject it. Any other time, he simply ended up with a bent needle, and while he always threatened to force feed her the meds when he fail… they both knew he wouldn’t do it. Rhor just like Mir was his little darling and he would do anything to protect her.
  
  Fast forward to the present day and it seemed like Mir or could it have been Rhor always knew how to pull off a bit of mischief behind her caretakers back. This time during the middle of the military operation on Ilum, Charles had come along to secure a few kyber crystals for his lightsaber. Reaching out through the Force he realized that somehow the little girl had come to planet as well. So in a fit of panic he ended up cutting his way through a pack of the local funa and maybe a few natives… seeing red the entire time… in order to find the sweet dear somewhere deep in the ice caves waiting… alone and confused, but none the worse for wear. The rest of his time spent on the planet was at the girls side protecting her, while giving Mir a tour… and collecting them both some crystals. The Sith figure that maybe one day she would need them for a lightsaber one day as well.
