- Accessibility: Hidden. Set deep within the gankto forests of Kothlis, surrounded by the ragnook mountains, this seemingly harmless wooden home is difficult to locate due to the natural landscape it's surrounded by.
- Description: The home itself is unsuspecting enough. A simple wooden structure, built from the same trees that grow around it, with many windows to take in the view of the forest that surrounds it.
- StarPort: Built below the ground, the landing pad for the starport can lift and retract into the grounds adjacent to the Chateau. The codes used to activate the tech required to make this possible have been provided to
Kelsie Sylvan
along with the Chateau itself.
- The Hub: Accessed either through the spaceport built into the grounds of the Chateau or through an elevator hidden inside of the pantry of the wooden structure built atop it, The Hub is the true heart of the build. Fortified and the exterior coated in nightshadow, the floor built below the Chateau has been created as a haven for
Kelsie Sylvan
, should she require it. Outfitted with a weapons locker, a communications centre built to send and receive coded messages, security monitoring stations for the Chateau and the surrounding area, and full (if compact) living quarters. When gifted to Kelsie, the bunker itself has been stocked with two weeks of rations and sundry emergency supplies (trauma kits, basic first aid items, stores of oxygen in case The Hub needs to be locked down).
- Kitchen: Unlike the parts of the chateau that have been built for the combined safety or required stealth that the building has been created in the spirit of - the main floors are opulent. The kitchen has been constructed in a combination of rough-hewn stone and wood, taking full advantage of the massive windows on either side of the main floor to soak in the natural light. The build does not appear to have any of the opulence of some more modern kitchens - but it has a rustic charm.
- Staircase: Built from the same wood that the house is made from, the staircase leading from the main floor to the loft/bedroom is massive and rather impressive.
- Bedroom / Loft: Atop the staircase from the main floor sits an open concept bedroom, making use of the massive windows to provide a serene place to rest. Trusting that [member="Kelsie Sylvan"] may prefer someone a bit more secure, however, additional sleeping arrangements are available within The Hub.
- Living Area: Large yet cozy, the living area is set before a large stone fireplace; perfect for enjoying late evenings curled up with the dossier for the next mission. The massive windows in the space act as walls, able to slide open to allow easy access to the outdoors should anyone choose.
- Patio: Accessible from the living area, a compact patio is built under an outcropping of the sloping roof of the structure. Several wooden chairs and a low wooden table provide a quiet nook to enjoy a bit of nature outside of the Chateau itself. A small man-made water feature has been incorporated into the surrounding hillside to allow for a rather scenic spot to relax.
- Storage: Separate from The Hub proper, but still located below the Chateau itself, large storage space has been allocated for anything that

may wish to keep. The space itself is around 400 square feet and is outfitted with shelving along three of the four walls (excluding the wall with the entrance). The door and walls are all reinforced durasteel and a biometric lock has been installed on the door, which can be set-up and accessed by

alone... Once she's set it up, of course.
Security Rating: Low to High
The structure built above ground has a low-security rating, due to its need to appear mundane. The wooden building itself does not have any defensive capabilities, but due to its sturdy nature could take as much damage as a normal wooden structure would.
The true defences for the Chateau lay beneath the ground. With the perimeter and the skies above the building itself being monitored electronically from The Hub below. Sensors will alert
Kelsie Sylvan
to any unauthorized access to the area, and then The Hud itself becomes not dissimilar to a panic room, set below ground level, built from durasteel, and coated in nightshadow to keep it hidden from scans of the property. If Kelsie has reason to suspect that it's required, the entrances to The Hub can be hermetically sealed, and supplementary air supply can be activated. The subterranean portion of the Chateau does not have any offensive capabilities as it was not the intent of the property to be used in this way.

during a quiet afternoon running errands required on Manda. During the course of the afternoon, much to the bodyguards' dismay, the now Councilor to Vicelord
Malok
took a liking to the young woman. Though the young mercenary was doubtless glad to be free of the contract to escort the woman on what became a bit of an impromptu ladies' afternoon out, the Councilor was left with the impression that the Kelsie was going places.Recalling a time when she too was struggling to find a foothold in the galaxy, the former Viceroy was struck with an idea that would likely make a welcome Life Day gift - even if it was perhaps a bit extravagant. Taking full advantage of her access to the resources allotted to her position as Councilor to the Vicelord, Councilor Hadley commission the construction of the property on Kothlis. It had taken several months, but as the season for celebration quickly approached, a missive was sent into the Core, asking that Ms. Sylvan returns for another brief commission of her services on Kothlis. Upon her arrival, Valencia would not be present, instead, Kelsie would find the Chateau, the access codes to the property, and wishes for a bright and warm Life Day from the Councilor.
