PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT: After many hours of assessment with [Error information missing...] I have come to the conclusion that he is not fit for deployment. Subject 102 clearly suffers from many health conditions. He struggles with severe anxiety and depression. Along with this due to many traumatic experiences he suffers from PTSD which results in a lack of sleep. Thus meaning that he is rarely if ever at full combat readiness. [Error information missing...] has actively refused to open up about his childhood, although I can assume from our conversations that he may have suffered a catastrophic event during his childhood. This would explain his tendency for irrational rage or occasional hardheartedness when dealing with other individuals. I would therefore diagnose [Error information missing...] with antisocial disorder with a possibility of him being on the spectrum of sociopathy. In order to cope with these mental issues it is clear to me that [Error information missing...] has picked up many bad habits. He has clearly turned to drugs to get rid of any form of emotional response he has to these issues. He is regularly using Spice and Death sticks. Along with being an alcoholic and chain smoker. If [Error information missing...] keeps up these self destructive behaviours it is clear to me he won’t see a healthy age past the age of 60. Therefore he should be deployed in any future [Error information missing...] missions as it would be detrimental to the overall performance of the group. Therefore I recommend a year out of the field in order to complete psychological treatment for trauma.

PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT:
Due to his brutal upbringing and training from [Error information missing...] is in top condition physically. My only concern would be with his continual drug use. The man is essentially a functional drug user. His body has built up such a tolerance to these drugs that he barely feels the effects of them unless he takes them in large doses. If this behaviour continues he could end up taking these drugs in doses so large that could harm him internally.
Other than that he has scar tissue on almost 20% of his body, most of it clearly coming from stabbing wounds. There are also a number of burn marks on his body from where he has taken blaster fire or some form of heat based energy weapon. In conclusion at his current age he is in supreme shape, however I do not see him being able to live the way he does past the age of 50.

FINAL EVALUATION: Subject 102’s overall mental attitude suits him being a lone wolf and he does not work well within a team. He seems to be most at peace when he is given a simple assignment that he has to achieve on his own accord. When it comes to working within a team subject 102 lacks the social skills to be effective. Therefore I would not recommend him for the Wild Hunt or the Armada. His skill set suits [Error information missing...], particularly as a lone sniper. His perception and skill with long range weapons is off the charts and is one of the best I have ever seen. Below you will see a summary of his strengths and weaknesses, please take this into consideration when assigning him to a division.

• Has an extreme mental resilience when he is put into difficult situations.
• Is extremely proficient with long range weapons, and engaging at long range. “One shot one kill” is definitely a motto he lives by.
• Proficient in hand to hand combat, while it is clear he prefers to engage at a distance.
• Extremely accurate with both blasters and slug throwers.
• Enjoys combat and is at home on the battlefield.
• Well versed in enhanced interrogation techniques.
• Is quite stealthy and has a knack for slicing and picking locks.
• His upbringing in the Undercity has hardened him to the harder aspects of life. This is more valuable than any form of training that he has been given by the Silencers

The armour he is wearing is a modified from the MK I Nightsuit and in recent encounters it is clear he has bastardised this gift of Discordia. From what we know he is a 5’9 Mandalorian male with brown hair and caucasian skin. However, this may have changed with him being on the run from the AOC. His hair may have been dyed and he may have changed his eye colour with contacts. This account needs to be updated as it is incredibly old and will most likely not be an accurate representation of his current appearance.

BIOGRAPHY:
From what he has told us Mr. Walker grew up in the UnderCity on Taris. He is an orphan and lived on the streets of the UnderCity for most of his life. As he grew into his teenage years he supposedly began to slowly integrate himself into organized crime. This upbringing has led to an intense mental resolve and strength but has also resulted in his bad habits. We believe his heavy drug use probably began during this time. However this is where his uncanny survival instincts come from. As he grew into the role of a bounty hunter in the world of organized crime. His specialization for violence brought him to our attention and when he was tasked with the murder of the high ranking AOC official it was clear that he needed to be captured. From there he had to be either eliminated or brought into the fold. We brought him into the fold and trained him as Silencer before he defected and decided to leave the order. He was not given permission to do this and after causing damage to areas in and around the Scintilla, it was decided that he presents enough of a threat to the AOC that he should be either eliminated or captured. As he has knowledge of valuable classified information that could be of use to our enemies.
