As requested by Tef, following his feelings and really bad timing with being thrown in the same lot as as a really shitty forum that took Chaos and a book, told them "NOW KISS" and made it their "own", I hereby step down as an admin of the faction. No, I'm not leaving. No, I'm not going to stop coming up with ideas to make us awesome. I just don't have authority over you now.

Aye. A particular forum is a direct knock-off, and while mine has an aspect from Chaos (Which has been edited and is still being edited), it's not nearly to as great an extent. As I said, I'm not going to vanish without a word, but the sequence of events is rather bitter. We're not even associated, it's just bad sequence.

Perhaps I'll just drop Star Wars for awhile and make a nice OC Fantasy forum. I've always wanted to do one of those, but the never took off. I even had a nice almost-necromancer once...

Also. [member="Salem Norongachi"] is the Faction Owner, not [member="Atretes Rhoujen"] . The most you could do is take place as a FA until another could be named to replace him. Otherwise, you're taking a job position that is already filled.

While I'm doing both of those, though not at the same time, I'm going to do some perspective checking.

As it looks right now, we're just forums. Groups of writers. Who copied who and what did what doesn't really factor in. It's a game, a notepad, whatever people use it for. Ultimately, the intent is fun and creativity, regardless of where you do it. I just decided to make my own, with levels and stuff because I liked that about the first place I roleplayed Star Wars. Call it nostalgia.

The fact that all of this drama has occurred is regrettable, but what does it all amount to? Familiarly-arranged pixels on an LED backlit screen. That's all. A waste of time and energy on the trivial and mundane. I'm sorry, [member="Tefoch"], that this has hurt your feelings, but at the end of the day, we'll have both become emotionally escalated for the sake of... words? Guidelines? Four copied template threads, and a paraphrasing of an idea.
