  • Organisation Name: Clan Harert
  • Classification: Mandalorian Clan
  • Affiliation: Dodhorn Harert
  • Organization Symbol: Clan Harert 's Symbol
  • Description: The Clan Harert, a Mandalorian clan that existed nearly six thousand years ago. During Dodhorn's rule for nearly two hundred years, the clan became subject to general hatred when members of the clan behaved disgracefully, many times disobeying the laws of the Mandalorians. Most of them became dar’manda, meaning soulless. They never made much effort to reach the Mandalorian afterlife either. Despite all this, they took part in many conquests, even reaching the Unknown Region. After the assumed death of Dodhorn (Mandalore the Ruthless), the clan collapsed and was destroyed. All living members were hunted down and killed by clans. And the Mandalorian clans did everything they could to ensure that no one ever remembered that clan again. However, they were not successful, Dodhorn had not died thousands of years earlier, she was only in a carbon freeze state. However, the Death's hand found her, and released her, and the woman also set out to revive her clan to restore it to its old glory and probably their dishonour.

  • Headquarters: Evaar'la Yaim and New Mandalore | Rakata Secundus
  • Domain: Clan Harert currently operates in the Unknown Regions. It is mainly true of the territories of New Mandalore and the Brotherhood of the Maw, but they have also secretly re-reached the planet Evaar'la Yaim, which one their old home world. They are still small and operate low profile. So as a clan they don’t really take action against anyone yet, they prefer to try to get stronger, but they support the aspirations of the new Mandalore, Khamul Kryze Khamul Kryze and the Death’s hand and the Brotherhood of the Maw.
  • Notable Assets: As they are still a smaller clan who are now returning to the ranks of the living after six thousand years, they do not have much assets, yet.
    • Fortress and Settlement: A smaller fort and a settlement she received on the planet New Mandalore. Only the most essential things can be found here, nothing special. Perfect for managing the other assets from here.
    • Harert Rul'adata: Or, Harert Necropolis. Sovereignty of the Clan Harert on the planet Evaar'la Yaim. This planet was owned by Clan Harert at the time, so all of the ancient Mandalorian ruins here also belong to their clan. These can be found around on the planet, most of them either completely destroyed or there are excavations going on there. However, Necropolis could not be found. It is a large underground city that is half deep in a mountain, half below the mountain, on the lava-covered side of the planet. It still works perfectly to this day and has survived intact. It is well shielded, so it was not found, so after her return, Dodhorn Harert took possession of the city again and members of Death's Hand can use the city. There are also industrial, military and residential units here, not to mention a huge catacomb system where countless dead Mandalorians are buried, as Clan Harert did not adhere to the Mandalorian burial traditions. They, many of them were Dar'manda, to use the old term, not the old one.
    • Other Assets: These are typically things that clan members can collect or use by courtesy of the Maw. Some smaller ships, battle droids, armour, weapons, possibly Sithspawns and undead.

  • Hierarchy: There is probably no surprise in this, no matter how bad the reputation of the clan was, the hierarchy has always been the standard Mandalorian, there has never been a change in that.
  • Membership: This could be divided into three different sections, depending on the different ethnic groups / social backgrounds of those wishing to join:
    • Mandalorians: This could be divided into two different sections, depending on they are born into the Clan or they wanted to join it:
      • Clan Harert: Everyone is considered a member of the clan if at least one parent has been a member of the clan and recognizes them as their child. This requires that the child be born after the parent or parents are already members of the clan. Species affiliation does not matter, as Mandalorian society is not based on species but on a creed.
      • Different Clans: Members of different clans can also join Clan Harert, and there are several ways to do this. Among other things, if they prove in battle, on the battlefield, that they are worthy to belong to the clan. This is perhaps one of the easiest ways, because they are fighters, crusaders. The other method is much more peaceful as it is done on the basis of marriage. If someone marries into the clan, they also become a full-fledged member of the clan, or if they adopt someone, such as a child. In addition, Alor can accommodate and give others rights to become members within the clan.
    • Non-Mandalorians: Anyone is free to indicate their intention to become a member of the clan. This is possible as a civilian or as a Mandalorian. If one wants to be a warrior, one has to pass the tests, to achieve they are worthy to wear the Mandalorian armour, and have to perform various tests. Here, the exams and requirements formulated on the basis of Resol’nare are also authoritative. Later, however, clan members did not have to hold on to this. They too can get into through adoption to the clan where they will basically be civilians, they too have to pass the tests in order to wear armour and be truly Mandalorian. Regardless of species and affiliation, anyone can be a member, even Jedi or Sith, Force users are not rejected either.
    • Slaves: The clan used to have a large number of slaves. Most of these are used as warriors, as is the Maw. It is possible for someone to rise out of their slavery and gain to be Mandalorian. This requires adequate combat knowledge and is to prove in the war, on the battlefield. The best fighters can be free, so this can usually be quite a motivating force.
  • Climate: Definitely not a pleasant company of friends, with their mentality they fit perfectly in the bond of Maw as well. There is a strong authoritarianism within the clan. It has always been thought that only the strong have the right to survive, so there is constant competition between the fighters as well, they often fight with each other. In the old days, they had always been known as merciless and ruthless conquerors, who bravely enslaved the weak and ruled mercilessly. In combat, fair fight was not respected, and very often vile, filthy tricks are used and each other is encouraged to do so. They are hostile to everyone, although they are forced to accept and work with their allies, but only until then while they need them.
  • Reputation: Due to the past and the present, this category can be divided into two distinct groups.
    • Present: They don’t have any reputation these days as they have just started to reorganise, to rebuild the Clan. All of their current negative reputation may come from, the Alor is a Sith Lord and she "serves" Khamul Kyrze, and the Death's hand, so the Maw as well. But it will probably be similar to the past.
    • Past: In the past, all the other Mandalorian clans hated and despised them. There aren’t many records left of them (the clans did that), but there were several Sith in their ranks, such as Dodhorn. A lot of their members didn’t care to follow Resol’nare either. That is why a significant part, if not the whole, of the clan was considered to dar'manda, that is, soulless. During Dodhorn's reign, they were feared, followed (because the woman clung to the Resol'nare), but after her "death", all Mandalorians joined forces to destroy the Harert clan and all its members, and their memories.
    • NB: However, since they have been erased from the pages of history, it is unlikely that anyone will remember that. Possible, but not certain.
  • Curios: They wear Mandalorian armour with the clan symbol, which is usually the red wolf head. Its colour may vary, but red is the most accepted and popular. The armour in almost all cases looks like the Neo-Crusader Armour, in some cases the traditional Crusader Armour also occurs. But more modern, lighter armour isn’t really. They are warriors and crusaders of old age, and their armour reflects that.
  • Rules: Basically, as with any Mandalorian clan, following the Resol’nare is the main consideration and rule. I mean, that's what it should be. However this is only observed during joining trials, after which no one really cares if someone sticks to the rules or not. Based on their faith, only the strong can survive. And no one really cares about how the strong achieve this. Dirty tricks, poisoning, sniper/assassin attacks, the use of secret weapons, or even the use of the Force, are all fully accepted within the Harert clan. Within the clan, authoritarianism is most dominant; they rule with force, oppression, and ruthlessness. Weakness is; in whom they see weakness, that person, even within the clan, is killed and destroyed. Those are unworthy to the Harert name.
  • Goals: Due to the fact that the clan is currently in the process of reorganisation and "resurrection", it might be advisable to divide it into three different parts, for short, medium, and long-term goals.
    • Short-term Goals: One of the short-term goals is to be able to completely reorganise the clan. Be able to get enough people again to lay the foundation for the clan's infrastructure to find a permanent home for themselves and / or rebuild the Necropolis. They try to stabilise the clan, from which they can later move on to future plans, including the acquisition of allies.
    • Medium-term Goals: It is in this category that they are starting to re-establish their reputation in the Galaxy. Once the permanent base is built and stabilised, conquests can begin alone or with their allies. In this case, they would no longer just provide a helping role, they planned to lead the conquests and they would be the leaders of these raids.
    • Long-term Goals: Long-term plans are vague for the time being, as they are likely to take decades. But it is likely that sooner or later they will want to reunite the Mandalorian Empire and want to take back their leadership role. And if they succeed, they want Mandalorian rule throughout the galaxy. Of course, based on their own values.

Clan Harert is one of the oldest clans in the Mandalorian Empire, it was formed at a time when culture and their Empire was also being established. For millennia it was a very stable and reliable clan who always served his people and supported the rulers as well. They were essentially a completely average but more influential group who enjoyed large public respect. This changed when Dodhorn's father was the Alor.

The man was quite unfit to take the position of Alor, he got into a conflict with the Arkanians, who even stole genetic samples from him, and his daughter was born from it. The man was of Valkyri descent. It is certain that he was used by the Arkanians and then Dodhorn was born from it, probably in some kind of experiment, because Arkanians are famous for their genetic experiments.

For some reason, the man did not accept the girl for his child, who thus remained in Arkania. Probably the man didn't even know about its existence for very long. However, the girl achieved to break out of slavery and after returning home earned it to be a member of the clan. After her training was completed, she simply killed her father and then all those who did not acknowledge and accept her as the Alor of Clan Harert.

She may have been 25-30 years old when she first met Force users, a Darksider man with whom she had entered into an alliance and because turned out she we a Force-sensitive person, Dodhorn learned from the man and became a sorcerer and alchemist beside her Mandalorian training. Years later, when she learned everything from him, she returned to the Mandalorian Empire, where she challenged the currently reigned Mand'alor and defeated him, taking his place, and then ruled the empire for decades, although no trace of her reign remained in the future, and for good reasons.

The Clan Harert went down in history as a clan that never adhered to their religion, the Manda, or was not really interested in honour and acted the way they wanted; filthy and unfair methods were used and could still be listed. Many did not even follow the Resol'nare either; Dodhorn was not among them, although at times she interpreted the rules quite freely.

That is why they did not bury themselves in mass graves, but erected ornate graves for themselves. Nowadays, if anyone still remembers them, they are considered the Clan Harert heretics and surrounds them a quite public hatred for this, clan that existed in ancient Mandalorian culture and extinct a few hundred years after Dodhorn's supposed death because the other clans hunted them down and all traces of them disappeared and destroyed, so that no one will remember them.

However, Dodhorn cared about her people and considered them important, maybe the Mandalorians were the only ones she didn't really hate, she changed a bit later and hated everyone who disagreed with her, she tried to kill them because of the Dark side, but as a she-wolf she always tried her protect her own clan, or to protect her people. Perhaps this was the only trait which others respected and not just feared her and the power she had. It was also at this time that it was given the name Hellwolf of Mandalore, or She-wolf of Mandalore.

Despite all this, Dodhorn's and the Clan Harert's reign lasted for a long time; however, it cost her life that she no longer was not satisfied with a small empire due to her Sith attitude and, as a dark side Force user, wanted much more power in the Galaxy. She sent expeditions and scouts to countless points in the Galaxy and found a planet in the Unknown Region that she liked. Dodhorn then relocated her own clan to this unknown planet - Evaar'la Yaim - which she then called a secondary capital.

In all, she was alive for about two hundred years and ruled as Mandalore the Ruthless (or Mand'alor the Ruthless) for about one hundred and fifty years. Over the years, Dodhorn became a strong Force user and kept herself alive and young with the Force and other's life-force. The last news about her was in a war, where she was lost and disappeared. Everyone thought she was dead, even though she was actually just captured, and then after a carbon-freeze her body was taken somewhere…

The clan then survived for maybe a hundred or two more years, so far they managed to survive while losing all influence and everyone hunting for them. The other clans did everything they could to ensure that no trace of Clan Harert was left and no one remembered them. They were almost successful, except that the former Mandalore and Alor was not dead but she was still alive.

It took millennia for someone to finally find the sarcophagus that contained Dodhorn's carbon-frozen body, it was the Death's Hand from the Maw. They unfrozen her, and after her return, Dodhorn started to rebuild the Clan Harert…
