GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Organization Name: Clan Kandar of Kestri

  • Organization Symbol: Skull of a Terrorbird
  • Description: A cadet clan of House Kryze heavily involved in the upcoming Crusade.
GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Hierarchy: As a small family, the hierarchy is simple. The Alor hold the decisive power, while other members are considered on the same level. The title is passed down in an absolute-cognatic, hereditary succession, with the possibility for others in-line to call a vote of no confidence.
  • Membership: Only three members currently. The membership system is like usual Mandalorian clan, you can either be born into the family, or get adopted by a Kandar.
  • Climate: Warm relationship among the three members, although there is a quite high level of distrust between them and the mainline House Kryze.
  • Reputation: Increasingly getting more respect. Their Alor, Meshur, was an accomplished Karjr, while the eldest son, Emam, is a skilled smith and the youngest daughter, Yael, is a young promising Mandokarla
  • Curios: Unlike the members of Mainline House Kryze, the members of Clan Kandar wear a turquoise or teal Beskar'gam, with their Terrorbird Skull sigil instead of House Kryze's Owl.
  • Rules: Like most Mandalorian clans, Clan Kandar follow the Resol'nare, although with a higher than average zeal.
  • Goals: The betterment of its members, as well as bringing the Mandalorian people back to its glory.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Clan Kandar was established not long after Meshur Kryze relocated to Kestri. As a result of multiple, brewing disagreement on how the family has to proceed in an ever-changing Mandalorian Enclave, Meshur decided to establish a cadet branch, which operates semi-independently from the mainline House Kryze. Meshur opened his own Forge, Kandar Forge & Arms, to support his endeavour as a FUs hunter, and adopted two kids, Emam Kandar and Yael Kandar, who grew up to be a smith apprentice and a Mandokarla respectively. Clan Kandar is a very tight-knit family, bonded by love and faith. Clan Kandar is also known to be very religious and can be dogmatic in their beliefs.​

  • Combat Function: While he was a proficient dueler in the past, age has caught up to him. Moreover, he was immobile for a while after a combat accident, and he never really fully get used to his cyborg implant.

Strengths:
  • Shrewd: Meshur is sharp and sly. This was displayed earlier in his life in the way he navigate the clan politics and his perception when hunting FUs, but eventually grows to also include his knacks for business.
  • Tactician: Meshur is really good in small-team battle tactics, which he has been practicing from a very young age.
Weaknesses:
  • Pompous: Meshur can be arrogant at times, more so in diplomatic settings than combat.
  • Shell of his Former Self: Meshur has not been the same ever since his accident. The confident young Karjr has turned to be cold and aloof. He also regressed heavily in combat, never getting used to his robotic lower body.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Meshur was taken and raised by House Kryze from a very young age. When his family relocated to Kestri, he decided to establish his own cadet clan, Clan Kandar, stemming from a long, brewing disagreement within House Kryze. He was a Karjr for a long time, specializing in hunting FUs. He also formed Kandar Forge & Arms, a Mandalorian Forge which he started to support his endeavour as a FUs hunter, but eventually grows to be a proper business, after he was shot on his spine in an operation in the Maw space, and forced to focus fully on the Forge. He adopted two children, Emam Kandar, who grew up to be a Smith Apprentice, and Yael Kandar, who grew up to be a Chaaj in the Mandokarla. Compared to the average Mandalorian, Meshur is considered very religious, something that is inherited by his two kids, especially Yael. It is rumored that his zeal was a result of losing his girlfriend in his mid 20s.​

  • Classification: Estate, House, Compound
  • Location: Just outside of Tor Valum, Kestri
  • Affiliation: Meshur Kandar (TBA)
  • Accessibility: Easily reached, it is visible from distance. However, it is gated and guarded, only members of Clan Kandar and invited guests can enter.
  • Description: The Estate is a clean, modern, and minimalist structure located on a cliff of a mountain.
POINTS OF INTEREST
  • Garden: Meshur picked up gardening as one of his hobbies during his Karjr stint. The garden boasts collections of exotic plants from around the galaxy, with high-tech climate supports.
  • Gym: The family values health and fitness of its members, a high-end gym is available for use 24/7.
  • Hidden Armory: Only accessible by facial scan and password, the Armory contains each members Beskar'gam, weapons, and accessories.
  • Indoor Shooting Range & Training Field: Mandalorians never stop their training. All three members of the Clan uses this area on a daily-basis when they are at home.
  • Landing Pad and Hangar: Where the members and their guests can park their vehicles. It can fit up to five planetary vehicles, and three starfighters.
  • Lounge: Where the Kandar hangs out on their free time and take their guests in.
  • Swimming Pool: Meshur loves swimming, which is inherited by both kids. A lot of their childhood memories were carved here.
  • Temple of Manda: Clan Kandar is a religious family, their views of the Manda are a bit different and more dogmatic from the average beliefs. They have a small temple where they meditate and pray.

The Estate is surrounded by walls, guarded by three droids and a simple automated defense system.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Estate was built by Meshur Kandar after he adopted his first child, Emam. He moved away from his apartment in Tor Valum central and bought a piece of land on the countryside to raise his kid. When he adopted Yael, he started expanding the Estate, adding an extension building for armory, gym, and training fields. With the success of his business, the Estate keep getting expanded until it becomes one of the biggest Estate in the remote area.​

The Forge is guarded by professional security guards and an integrated defense system.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Forge was established by Meshur Kandar after he relocated to Kestri. At first, it was a small forge, only meant to supply himself with tools specialized to hunt FUs. After his retirement, he shifted his focus fully to the Forge, slowly expanding it to accept custom orders from friends and associates. In the last five years, Meshur has expanded the Forge again, now starting to sell mass-produced weapons.​
