Intent: A pistol which focuses on a specific aspect of disruptor function. Look, disruptors are cool, but they're very, very hard to use in a classy way in an RP setting. Targets get confused and uptight and just dodge everything; users get mad when hits from their uberweapons don't get taken. The point of this is to make a disruptor that's scary but facilitates the taking of measured hits.

Special Features:
- Slowly disintegrates whatever it hits, within personal scale. (For example, this isn't about to disintegrate vehicles.)
- Whatever gets hit will slowly disintegrate over a period of seconds or minutes.
- Extremely short effective range.
- Good chance it's illegal basically everywhere except Mandalorian territory.
- Initial damage is highly localized, lacks penetrative power, and spreads slowly. For example, if the blast strikes an enemy's helmet or a specific high-grade armor plate, the enemy can simply (if carefully) remove the helmet or the plate before the disintegration effect 'contaminates' the enemy's body or the rest of the suit of armor. Likewise, amputation is a highly effective solution if the blast strikes an extremity. Consider the Haran'hettir comparable to a zombie bite. A shot from the Haran'hettir is significantly easier to survive than a shot from a standard disruptor.
Clan Rekali, though not known for its good manners, places tight restrictions on use of the Haran'hett. The weapon is intended for use against avowed enemies in combat. Accidents or indiscriminate fire are not tolerated within the Clan. The Haran'hett is considered acceptable for use in interrogation, but only against Sith or enemies of comparable magnitude.
