Two questions.

1. Am I the only one seeing it; or is it site wide?

2. If it is site wide. Is there any way to remove it or move it to the side in our profile settings? I'm finding it annoying.

I am seeing it as well, so I'm guessing site-wide.
Doubt Tef is just pranking the two of us.

I personally kind of like it. I also don't really care about it, because my Skype Toolbar completely blocks it... in style! xD

I like the one Tumblr has better. It's off to the side and has no chance of blocking anything.
*shrugs*
Don't mind it much, as long as it stops blocking my stuff during a post (which doesn't really happen much, depending on how far I've extended the text box).
