i propose a RP of high treason.
i plan to meet with members of the sith empire who seek to defect. preferable non force users. military personal and politicians.
i hope to have a few people meeting in a secret locations on a sith world but the sith find out and stage a raid.

i need 2 0r 3 people who are defecting.
and as gor the raid... well that can be as big as people want.

While I can certainly appreciate the desire to create more RP for the game, I really wish it wasn't based on poaching players from current factions to fill the rolls of a faction that, no offense, probably won't exist very long.

just because the imperium fell does not mean the imperial remnant or the collation of warlord's will fall .... we just need loyal people to follow through

I have come 2 except both minor factions might never be that big. But I am very persistent.
This rp isn't about new members for the coalition. It is about building mariks notoriety as a rouge operating on the fringe of Sith space.

Read and heed. Why not just ask friends if they can create characters for this instead of trying to snag other factions' members?

i do not wish to be seen as snagging anyone. if someone would like to join then that would be excellent but im not going to pester someone if they dont want to. as for asking people to make new characters, most people i have asked has refused and thoes who have been willing to join have mysteriously disappeared.... i did already ask you :p

the point of the coalition is to be a thorn in the siths side. being a minor faction we are not tied down to a capital. a rouge army attacking anywhere along the outer sith territories.
that is what this RP was meant to set up...
and i thought you where dead anyway... :p

im not saying there is anything wrong with being dead...
as for the attack on Bastion, i didnt expect the Empire to be so quick. it does make the prospects of the Coalition becoming a big faction one day almost impossible, but it does open up many more opportunities as a minot faction... bahahahahahahaha.... or at least optioned for Mariks character

A minor faction could never realistically hope to out-military a Major Faction. Even by SWRP standards, the Rebellion a la the movies is still a Major Faction.

Just a heads-up, and a warning, I suppose. Something to consider at the very least.

i know im never going to win a fare fight with the sith. out on the open battle field where numbers count and all.
but for RP purposes i still plan to be a thorn in their side... terrorist is such a strong word... i think liberators or freedom fighters sound more like what im trying to get at. (all for RP, i know i can never pose a real threat to the faction and they could just stop RPing with me as solve all their problems... but where is the fun in that)

(side note)
i dont think the rebellion would have been considered a major faction in chaos. they had no territory and operated out of "imperial" worlds.
as for out-militarying a major faction. anyone who has read evan a little on military theory and strategy knows that a small force can still topple an empire 10 times their size... but i understand that would be a hard thing to show in a RP :p

@[member="Marik Baldear "]- But not ten thousand, because even the Rebellion had to rout the Empire from a major battlefield to deal a decisive blow (Endor) - and that still wasn't the end of the Empire. Sure, the beginning of the end, but not the end itself.

Well, if the Remnant happened to the Sith Empire here, it'd splinter into being a Minor Faction - just a very powerful flotilla that grows over time back to Major Faction status again.

But, yeah, point stands.

The alliance held many words
the rebels operated out of "uninhabited" planets. its would be the same as a minor faction jumping from unclaimed worlds on the galaxy map. and as for Mon Cal, the planate was only part of the alliance for the last year of the rebellion.
and many planets where making ships for the alliance under the very noise of the empire. the same compony who made blasters for the empire was selling blasters to the rebels... (fan boy warning) this is why i love starwars. its not black and white like most war movies. it ties everything together in a big political mess that only happens within real tyranny.

i must thank you sith... i never planed to make this character. the Coalition was going to be an experiment, but in the last day you have changed the way i plan on seeing the Coalition. i look forward to RPing with you all soon....
ok, maybe not Voracitos... im sorry. still nothing wrong with being dead. if i do get hunted down and executed, then we can RP our ghost sitting down and you can tell me "i told you so"
