STRENGTHS
- Paired in Two: In the event of a breach, killing one the Pilot up front, the one in the rear can take over and safely remove the Armored Walker from the battlefield, even though it be hard to move the other way correctly.
- Fast Buggers!: The Cerebrum is rather quick to the point it may be hard to catch up even by repulsorlift standards. It is designed to check out patrol areas, be first strike units along with recon.
- Requires Two Minds for Maximum Effect: While it can work with one, it is designed to take the payload off one pilot in training and as such, is designed to switch a pilot in and out while only allowing certain systems to be used. This also relies on good communication and as such, generally not recommended for more senior pilots.
- Central Structural Weakness: It is plain to see that near the middle between the connecting legs to top half area, there is only enough to keep it upright and turn with the right stress in a hurry. However if shot with enough force, it will cripple the armored walkers ability to twist and if both sides are destroyed, it simply shuts off and falls over.
One of the small yet not surprising facts were how many soon to be pilots of the Court of Blades were not prepared for regular combat deployments outside their own training facility. They fought now more powerful forces than before and as such, had to adapt to the new changes. One of which was ensuring up and coming pilots did not simply get killed just after training which came to the conclusion of building a new Armored Walker, known as Cerebrum, more commonly know as "Two Minds".
The creation was very simple, it allowed two up and coming pilots or one senior and trainee pilot to go through combat zones without having to worry on all the systems. Each set of systems are split in the effort to keep ones mind from not overloading with to much information early on and to manage anxiety levels. It is also with some humor, the fastest Armored Walker currently produced though without much weight attached, it becomes understandable. When both pilots are used in unison, the Armored Walker works fine and while it can be used with one pilot in a desperate situation, it cannot functionally control all aspects of the Cerebrum. With that noted, it is now added to training programs for pilots to get used to while also deployed on the battlefields as a patrol walker, for use in more urban areas.
