STRENGTHS
- Fast Strike!: It is generally fast...very fast, hard to outrun and out-maneuver on a good day. It also strikes hard, generally taking out light to medium armored vehicles with general ease. If in a pack, can focus on a single heavy vehicle to take down.
- Shoot the Joints!: The joints are easily seen and a few good placed shots will tear through them and disable the armored walkers leg, effectively making it useless in movement.
- No Shield Generator!: To make it fast as possible, the shield generator was ripped out, meaning it can be destroyed rather more quickly than before, meaning the pilot needs to be more careful.
- Light on Ammo: With only five volleys of missiles available, it means that each shot must count.
DESCRIPTION
The Vox Vong was described originally as a horror story that was told from previous generations over a terrifying creature of the Yuzzang Vong, known as the Vox. However, it simply did not exist and was only told as a story to scare children. It apparently had an affect on one designed over a hundred years ago who based that kind of a story of a fast strike creature on the personal walker, known only as the Vox Vong. Designed for rapid strike and retreat, it was not meant to be underestimated, only feared even though it could be taken out easier than other personal walkers at the time.
When the Court of Blades finally got a hold of the design, many things were updated such as the twin blaster cannons along with the missile pod systems, updating with newer missile designs. This even included the Locke and Key Mechanics new systems, making it much easier to control than before. The role of the Vox Vong in the Court of Blades is rather more for precision strikes on sensitive targets, as well as hit and run on convoys were only a few selected targets need to be destroyed. Needless to say, its efficiency and speed speak for itself.
