PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Cobalt is, at first glance, a mostly nondescript humanoid of a dusty, ragged appearance, indistinguishable from the millions of other lowlives and scrappers who infest the galaxy. While by now he could surely afford better, his dress is threadbare, utilitarian, and full of holes. Cobalt's white, featureless eyes stare suspiciously out at the universe from between a hooded jacket and a worn respirator. He carries himself with a nervous, hair-trigger energy typical of his species.

STRENGTHS
Mutant: While of human stock, Cobalt has been warped and altered considerably by exposure to numerous toxic environments. As a result, he enjoys mildly enhanced speed, reflexes, strength, and durability when compared to baseline humans, as well as increased resistance to poisons and radiation.
An Eye for Value: A skilled scavenger, Cobalt is able to quickly appraise the value of salvage with reasonable accuracy, and has a knack for digging valuables out of even the most hostile environments.
Tunnel Fighter: Skilled at guerilla tactics in the toxin-choked ruins and junk planets he frequents, Cobalt is a highly competent fighter, particularly in dark and enclosed spaces.
WEAKNESSES
Criminal History: Cobalt's work is dubiously-legal at best, and he has been known to engage in "preemptive salvage" when times are lean. As such, his relations with the law are less than positive.
Metabolic Furnace: The downside of Cobalt's resilience comes in the form of a need to eat often, requiring more calories than most other near-humans to stay healthy.
