Collection of Grievious/The Empire/Whatever

Where is the collection of light-sabers seized by Grievous located, or the light-sabers confiscated by the Empire back when they were in charge of the galaxy? Just a question I had.

It's been over eight-hundred years. They've probably been scattered throughout the galaxy at large by now.

Even if it were possible to locate all of them, it's also highly like they've either been destroyed or ceased functioning over the course of eight-hundred years.

There was nothing special about Grevious' lightsabers, really. They were just taken from all the Jedi he'd killed. Special in the sense that every Jedi's lightsaber is different, but, that's about it. I'm not sure why you want them. But ye'. What Janus said.

Lightsabers can still function after a long time, if I recall that one old jedi's was her ancestors and near 4000 years old but still functioned... but Palpatine when he took power worked to eliminate lightsabers, mentions of crystals, knowledge of the jedi, force, force sects. Can't get it all but any sabers greivous might have had if they weren't lost more then likely destroyed so jedi weapons don't influence. Also of note the lightsaber cache on Ossus still functioned when Luke found them after the world had been poisoned for thousands of years and only accessed through vong forming.
