Color Changes - Help needed!

I'm ashamed - Normally good at this - real good but I'm out of touch atm and a bit distracted with what I want to do.

I wanna take this photo:

Shift the hair to a white-silver (Hard no?) and the eyes to a sparkling grey-blue.

Essentially to match:

I had a white sparkle backdrop behind each eye to increase effect it worked well but yeah I kept botching the hair.

I guess I need some help!

Changing hair isn't my specialty, but I managed to make blond blue before. I can make this grey/white.
Here's one with just the eyes (eyes are, in fact, my strong point):

My best results came from starting by taking everything down a notch, hence the change in skin tone, dress/shirt color, and lip shade.
The best was different from this^ but I wasn't sure if you'd be okay with that much difference. You can find it below if you want.

No you did an excellent job with the eyes. Super great. Alot better than I would have. Yeah I'm usually great with the hair, I was able to achieve a true silver...but...I wasn't happy with it.

So I'm seeing what everyone can do.

Maybe you can shoot me a pm and show me how you did the eyes.

I've made a lot of Zeltrons. So this should be similar yeah? ... No. white is one of the worse colors when it comes to changing to and from it. Hair is my work. Eyes are Azrael's.
