Kloshi the Weak
Hello All. Am in need of what I hope is an easy image manipulation. I would like to add color to the image below. The inner circle a gold (hex #ffc90e). The outer circle green (hex #b5e61d). My limited abilities were to attempt a fill in paint, but that did not work. Hope someone with better experience and software can make quick work of this. Thanks in advance.
