Command Requests, Orders, Order of Battle/Command Structure

I create this thread for the purpose of requesting that this thread will exist for the sole purpose of outlining the Order or organization of the Confederate fleet with the following parameters.

1. What formation type

2. Formation type composition

3. Name of Formation

4. Location of Formation (Basically where it is regularly posted or docked)

5. Leader of said command (List command hierarchy and structure)

As well I request from the powers that be assign this thread to be the area for overarching orders, command changes and priority areas for the various flotillas and fleets. I also request the allowance of the request for newly proposed units and a required reason for their existence.

Basic military protocol. This is where *I hope* we can list the order of the Confederate Fleet. List whose in charge of what and so forth.

Also, apary ofthis list you can post where the area of that specific portion of the fleet IS. (Based on places of priority, like factory worlds or places where a dominion/invasion happening.
