HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Commonwealth Judicial System, in its nascent stages, was meticulously crafted by Dosuunian, Seoulian, Needani, and Mephoutian justices. During its inception, any vestiges of the First Order's judicial system were unequivocally discarded as the Dosuunian Commonwealth coalesced.
Officially established following the ratification of its constitution in 882 ABY, the groundwork for the Commonwealth Judicial System had been laid during the Dosuunian Accords in 879. By 884 ABY, the system was fully implemented and has since stood as an integral institution within the Dosuunian Commonwealth.
Before this institutionalization, the First Imperial Judicial System had functioned without significant expansion from 844 ABY until 868 ABY. During this period, memberworlds maintained their independent judicial systems. However, with the formation of the Dosuunian Commonwealth, a transformative shift occurred. These diverse systems, once disparate, were now unified under a comprehensive 'state' and 'federal' framework, embodying a harmonious blend of local autonomy and overarching legal cohesion.
