I know theres ways but I wanted to suggest maybe a steam or skype communications group or channel to allow us all to chat when needed or available. Just an idea's to facilitate conversation and maybe spread ideas and get us communicating better.

There's been a skype chat in the past but it turned into a dramafest. Therefor it was disbanded and the then-FL decided that we use the site for communicating. I agree with that, the site is more than well-equipped for these things with PM and Off-Topic discussion forums.
