Company Control Query

Is there anyone holding claim over Csilla yet? It seems like someone would be, but I'd just like to make sure.

Other planets I'm considering are Manda, Rishi, Doldur, and Osarian (Rommamool/Osarian). It's for the HQ of a company I'm going to sub sometime today.

There's no mechanism for companies to exclusively control worlds, except in some very rare canon precedents (Kuat, Lianna, etc.) that aren't really enforced here. Basically, anyone can set up shop on any world. All you need to worry about is what major faction controls that world.
