Delicate
I wanted to bring this up since I wasn't aware of it until recently when [member="Cira"] had asked me to go through the recently approved companies over the past couple of months and update the Company Index thread with the name of the company and add the correct tag for that company's tier.
Since then I've been manually editing them whenever I see a tag missing so that it doesn't fall behind again, but I figured I will inevitably miss some so if everyone is made aware of it in the future it will only help prevent that.
When you take a new company submission, if the person submitting the company doesn't add the tag for whatever tier their company is (Most commonly 1 or 2), then after you put it into Pending Approval, just go back to the original post, edit it, and add the tag Tier 1 or Tier 2. That helps auto-sort companies by their tier, as well when this thread is updated. Just make sure you also remove the "Show Edit By" checkmark that sometimes appears so that it keeps things neat.
