Daska wants to start a company, at the moment I can't decide between armour and weapons or bars and nightclubs.
What does everyone think? Or if you have a better idea, what is it?

there are a lot of weapon and armor companies, only a small handful of clubs and bars. I'd go where you can make some nice business with entertainment and clubs.

Lots of competition in the weapons and armour trade, but don't let that stop you. Fashion? Space slurpees?

What Matsu said. People get good RP out of all kinds of companies, but the entertainment sector is grossly underrepresented, and the opposite is true for shipbuilders and bulk gun makers. Go off the beaten path and get noticed.

I'd totally go in that direction.
