Company Logo Help

So, i'm bollocks at photoshop. I'm looking for some help using the following symbol as a basis for my company logo:

I can't find a transparent layered one, but maybe google has it. I'd like for it to somewhere say 'Gotal'Veman' on it in the following font:​

Let me know if you lot think you can do it, i'll try to work out a proper show of thanks!
