What he isn't saying that the company he wants to purchase is a Tier V Canon Company Czerka arms, currently owned by Isley's alt.
That still has to follow company check in rules before it is up for grabs as stated here:
As a note, you must maintain regular activity to maintain ownership of a canon corporation. If you should become inactive, your ownership will be revoked and the corporation will be put up for grabs once again.
Wait until the end of the check in.
Currently the rules are also this as stated here:
In the interest of allowing everyone the possibility of owning a CC writers, not characters are limited to owning one Canon Company per account.
If you are looking to change these rules, I'd suggest posting up a seperate thread tossing it out there for the rest of the factory judges and admins to look over and vote. But as of right now, this is the current stance in the company factory forum per posted rules.

I don't get why that's even entertained as a default course of action. If no one is running it, it's background noise at that point.
