When the Spacebook Industries advert showed up in Joza’s inbox, the Zeltron’s finger had hovered above the delete button before her eyes had caught sight of two fateful words: “Model’s Wanted!”

Given that the company was relatively new and unknown at this point, she was originally convinced that it was some sort of phishing scam. But they weren’t asking for money—not yet, at least—and her afternoon was pretty clear. So why not check it out? Not that she really had any desire to be a model. Who would want to suffer through wearing pretty clothes, showing off their looks and getting free pictures taken? Certainly not a Zeltron. No way.

The Knight arrived at Mackenner Studios at 2 PM sharp, appraising the interior of the building with a curious eye. So far everything seemed legitimate. She’d heard of the photo studio in passing, and there were even several other potential models waiting as well. The young Zeltron glanced over them, sizing up her potential competition. She’d arrived in a pair of leggings and a graphic tee, hair and makeup done with just enough effort.

In the center of all of the commotion there appeared to be a single woman. She was not the tallest or most notable by assets, however she seemed to just have this eternally cheerful and enthusiasm filled aura about her, to the Zeltron it would be no doubt easy to detect. She was holding a clip board in one arm, and somehow keeping up conversations with 5 different people in three different languages in complete stride.

The woman was dressed in multi-colored dress that ran to her mid thigh, and beneath it leggings. Heels that weren't exactly high, but present. Her skin was pale, her hair dark and loosely worn, the most notable mark on her body was on her left cheek, where she had a little tattoo of a heart, well perhaps that wasn't the only notable thing, there was also her pretty smile.

She saw the newcomer and found a way to neatly cut off the conversations she had been having, leaving everyone that had participated quite content "Hello there~" She called out, raising a hand in friendly greetings as she approached. "Are you here for our little Photoshoot?" She asked, tilting her head to look her over "Well," she chuckled and smiled again "Either way, you're welcome to come in and join us. Could I just get your name though? Miss.....?"

Joza’s eyes picked out the dark haired woman bearing a clipboard, clearly a people person from the way she successfully maintained several conversations at once, all while managing to look poised and approachable. When she noticed the Zeltron and called out to her, Joza couldn’t help but smile. Even though this woman didn’t have pink skin, she’d certainly fit in on Zeltros with her cheerful demeanor.

“I am, thank you.” Offering a toothy smile in return, Joza shook the woman’s hand. “Joza Perl.” She supplied, taking another moment to glance over the others that had gathered. “It seemed like a fun opportunity, so I’m here if you need me. I’ve never modeled before, though.” Rolling her shoulders in a shrug, the Zeltron offered a warm smile. It was a lie, actually. She’d modeled before, but, uh, it wasn’t for the most “family friendly” publication. Of course, what was a teenaged Zeltron to do when she was short on money?

That being said, she was confident that her clothes would stay on this time.

Oh a first time model? She seemed nice though, and there was no reason not to indulge her

"Oh It's your first time?" She gave her a gentle, relaxing smile. Stacey just had a natural way of easing people's mind when she talked and interacted with them, the type of person you wanted to be around simply because it seemed like no matter what you were doing, they were there for you to make you feel good. "Well that wouldn't be an issue at all no. Just come on in, relax enjoy some refreshment and try to have a good time okay? This is just some light, casual photography to get to know people, and then maybe find a few people to stay in for some more long term and planned out shoots okay?" She was explaining things while leading her through the slightly crowded area

"So you know just relax a little, don't stress take it easy. Eat a little drink a little and try to enjoy yourself, I'll have you called in for the actual shoot in a couple of minutes okay?" Finally she found a free space to set Joza at, Stacey's eyes were bright and alive the entire time as she detailed some of the plan for today. "Allright I've got to get back in, we're going to start soon. Buuut if you need anything you just come let me know allright? That's a doll, I'll see you in there" She finally excused herself with a final smile as she slipped into the actual photo area

Joza chuckled and ran a hand through her red mane, appreciate of Stacey’s comforting aura. She certainly seemed to have a knack for handling people!

“Oh, no worries. I’ve been a stage performer for years. Takes quite a bit to unnerve me.” Giving the other woman a playful wink, she drifted down into one of the chairs provided in the waiting area. “But thank you.” Joza was sure that Stacey was a busy woman, but she seemed to glide effortlessly through various tasks. It was and admirable trait, and likely took a lot of energy and planning.

As the organizer slipped away to oversee the photoshoot, Joza thought it best to mingle with the others. She soon picked out a muffin and a small cup of water, more interested in the talent than the food. In an effort to better get to know who else was here, she struck up a conversation with a young, dark haired man. After a while, she realized that everyone here had some sort of modeling or acting experience—as should have been expected. Still, the atmosphere was energetic and casual.

A few minutes of being a busy little bee later, Stacey finally stepped up to begin announcing the start of the shoot. She had a small little smile as she did, and her tone was friendly and inviting. "All right! Looks like the big moments here! We'd love it if you can pair off into little groups of three, or bigger groups of six and we can get you started. Also if you'd all like to come outside where we'll be handling the shoot, you can get a bit of an idea of what we're looking for"

She was waving everyone toward the porch area of the studio, made presently to look like a cafe. "Everyone, find a seat and, act natural, chat, flirt talk, be friendly!" She encouraged as she gently lead people over into various places, positioned them warmly and openly toward the camera, then finally stepped out of the shot.

A few words were exchanged with her photographer, and the shoot began in earnest

The drone of conversation among the candidates dimmed as [member="Stacey Seris"] popped back in, announcing that they would be moving onto the next step. Smiling to her conversation partner, she tilted her head to indicate that they should move towards the café setting that had been provided.

After settling into their seats, they were joined by a short, bubbly brunette with a pretty smile.

“So,” The newcomer began, flashing a grin at the pair. “What do you two do for work?”

Then young dark haired man returned her smile, thinking for a moment. “Well…right now I work at Mandoburger, but I do things like this on the side. I’m trying to become a model or an actor…how about you?” He tiled his head towards Joza, and the brunette turned her bright gaze towards the pink woman as well.

“Me? Well, I’m a dancer. I run my own little studio.” A proud smile curved across her lips at that. She’d put a lot of work into Heartbeat House and was glad that it seemed to be growing steadily. She, of course, left out the whole force wielding part. Though it would make for interesting conversation, it could likely produce more trouble than bragging about it was worth.

“Oh!” The petite woman lit up, nodding her head rapidly. “Are you from Zeltros? I’ve been there a few times, it’s so much fun!”

"Mm. I am. Grew up there and everything." Joza smiled and placed an elbow on the table, casually leaning her head into the open palm of her hand.

This wasn't the first time the woman had done something like this it seemed, as she and her photographer glided silently among the various talent that was sat about in the cafe scene, managing to move without disturbing the friendly, calm atmosphere that had been conjured up.

She slipped up behind Joza and her small group, tapping the photographer on the shoulder, a picture was taken in just the pose she was looking to get out of them. Joza had a small smile on her lips, the man was leaning back just slightly, looked relaxed and quite at ease, and the more petite woman was leanign forward to gaze at Joza curiously.

Just what she had wanted.

She made her way back to the edge to observe just a little, and take pictures of other groups so that she might sort through them later and find a few headers for the new add campaign she intended to launch. After a rough half hour she finally stepped into the middle to announce the end of the first shot.

"Well I want to thank you all so much. You've been wonderful and I've gotten exactly what I needed. We'll be finishing up here shortly and, you can go check in with Shirley for your standard pay. A few of you will be kept on for some more individual work but, you've all done great work today!"
