Coruscant Capture

Blaise was on Coruscant for no particular reason other than he enjoyed being here and no amount of Sith would stop him from coming to this planet. Though he tried to keep his presence unknown as such by not wearing the Jedi attire, though he kept a lightsaber at his side on a belt which could prove to be a threat to him if it was recognised.

The Padawan wandered down the streets of the lower levels of the city, not exactly looking for illegal activities but somehow they always managed to find him anyway. He got along with anyone on the light side and most people who were neutral, if they got along with him. Blaise knew it was a privilege but yet a burden to be a Jedi, it came with great responsibilities and great danger, though of course he was willing to risk it, he had nothing to lose. He wasn't allowed to get attached.

Blaise saw himself as old enough to take care of himself and to do what he wanted. Although he was still a teenager in the eyes of the Jedi, he was headstrong and confident but was still far from becoming a Knight. The Padawan removed the hood from his head that had earlier concealed his face, he doubted anyone here knew him anyway so he came to a stop to browse the occasional stall on the street.

Servant of the Inquisition
Cylus walked along the lower pathways of Coruscant. He really hated this planet, it was a terrible terrible hatred that comes from having known it your entire life and knowing how it really is, not just the polished look everyone wanted you to think it was.

But...he always seemed to find himself back here, this time to retrieve a new toy he had put into commission for himself. The thing had cost a handsome salary, but it would be extremely useful in defeating anymore opponents...especially Jedi, what with their constant force tricks and lightsaber stunts.

Since he was already here on Coruscant, and his ride off world would be a while he had decided to search the streets. He was more than capable of taking care of himself, most people left him alone. Shrouded up inside of a cloak which hid everything from sight except for the cold eyes of his Plague Mask. It was easier to go covertly through these areas for two reasons, one was so that criminal scum wouldn't take potshots at him. And two was just in case he wanted to watch something or someone and didn't want anyone to know who he really was.

He passed by a few stalls, glancing at them and quietly reading the titles which they had been given.
He deduced that a few of the stalls were food, a few were home repair and construction and at least one was involved in the Astromech business. Glancing down an alleyway as he passed he saw a sly Rodian handing off a small container to a much larger Twilek who promptly took it and took off down the alleyway. Crime was always present, especially in the lower areas.

Who knew...perhaps he'd find something more interesting than a petty criminal to bag on his trip down here, but it wasn't terribly likely.

Blaise looked around to make sure no eyes were on him before changing his tone of voice and using the force to persuade one of the stall owners to give him something that would essentially be free. Once his trick had worked, he took a sort of fruit from the stall, one of the likes of which he'd never seen before. He didn't get the opportunity to get away from the Academy often anyway.

The Padawan was often reckless and arrogant, jeopardizing himself and the Jedi as a whole. He wasn't fazed by the crime here at all, he saw that a Jedi should keep the peace and it seemed peaceful enough, for now at least, and besides he was just one Jedi, he wasn't going to bother even trying to bring down any sort of criminals unless they were wanted specifically by the Republic.

Cylus caught a slight movement in the corner of his eyes near one of the stalls. The stall keeper had allowed the fellow to take a fruit for free.
These were the lower levels of Coruscant, people didn't do that around here. And that could only mean one thing
Jedi

He shifted inside of his cloak as he began to follow, calmly and casually. He wouldn't be letting this Jedi out of his sight...the fellow was young, probably only a Padawan and that just made Cylus' job that much easier, especially with his lack of force sensitivity.

However the bigger advantage he had was his almost complete lack of emotion, the Jedi shouldn't sense him coming, he'd be just another lifeform in the crowd. Hostile intent would also be cloudy...because in the end Cylus' didn't feel anger or hatred and so that wouldn't be flowing off of him.

The Jedi would either be captured or killed, Cylus' hoped for the first option. He very much wanted to present a Jedi to the higher-ups, to show how effective he'd been lately in battle
Things would be getting interesting

The Padawan was unaware of the eyes on him and proceeded down the street. He used the force to sense if there were any Sith around, since that was his main concern, but doubted very much that there would be or that he would be found out for what he was. He didn't think that the trick he had just performed could give him away entirely, he was clearly reckless.

Blaise made a sharp turn into an alleyway and away from the general public. The alley seemed to be pretty empty, and he would use it to get to another part of the street. He didn't quite know where he was going and left everything down to his senses. He sensed no danger and saw no threats, though he could probably blame that on his faulty force skills.

Cylus followed the fellow down the street, he thought he could see him concentrating, looking around to check his surroundings.
That wouldn't work Jedi he thought as he continued his trailing. He bumped into a couple of people as he went along, but they kept quiet.

Then the Jedi stepped into the alleyway, it would be suspicious to be seen following him...and if the Jedi knew he was following him it could be dangerous, but it was a chance he had to take.
He stepped into the alleyway, watching as the Jedi moved into it.

His hand reached for the inside of his cloak, withdrawing a long E-11 blaster. He blinked a couple of times behind his mask, he didn't feel stress and he was quite happy for it, otherwise he would be spilling out perspiration like no one's business.

He took aim, the Jedi need not die...only be incapacitated, and so he intended to take out his means of fighting back
The Lightsaber.

He took a deep breath, releasing half of it as his eyes locked on the weapon at the Jedi's hip. A gradual pull of the trigger sent a red hot bolt towards the weapon.
This would be interesting.

Blaise turned around, but only to come face to face with a tall hooded figure. Before he'd even thought about reaching for his lightsaber, a bolt from a blaster had already hit it and rendered it useless. He cursed under his breath, that was his third lightsaber.

The Padawan backed away from the man and cleared his mind in attempt to ready himself to use the force, though he was frustrated from just losing another lightsaber. The force was a weapon that couldn't be taken away or suppressed so easily. He couldn't tell who the man was, but there was no doubt he knew that Blaise was a Jedi by now.

"What do you want?" he asked, frowning.

Cylus began to stroll down the street, blaster still in hand as he watched the Jedi. He could see the frustration on his face, if only for a brief moment.
He continued on to about eight feet between them, jolting the E-11 in his hand slightly in warning.

"I want you, Jedi."

He watched him for a few moments, expecting...immediate retaliation.
"Forgive me for my rudeness, I have not introduced myself. I am Cylus, Servant of the Inquisition." He flicked off his hat with his off hand, giving a light bow with it before returning it to his head.

"Now please, for your sake, surrender."

"I want you, Jedi."
Blaise sighed. Of course, he'd probably been spotted when he did his mind trick.

"Servant of the Inquisition?" he repeated, having never heard of such a title before. "Surrender?" he scoffed. Blaise though too highly of himself for that. He attempted to use the Force to destroy the man's weapon but was too unfocused for it to work and quickly began analysing other options that were left.

In a split second, he turned from Cylus and ran the opposite way, clearly distressed. The Padawan hadn't expected to be attacked, and he wondered what the reasoning behind the attack was.

The fellow had tried to do something with his weapon, he was almost positive of it, thought he could feel it vibrate for about a second before it ceased. That was definite confirmation on something he'd already known, that Jedi did indeed use the Force sometimes.

Then the man had begun to mock him...or something along those lines anyways, repeating what he said. Maybe it was just a distraction, for a moment later the man had turned and begun to sprint down the alley. Thankfully; for Cylus at least, the alley was indeed an alley which meant he had time before the man was out of sight.

He shifted the E-11's position downwards now, watching as the Jedi's legs brought long strides across the way, he would be out of sight in the next few seconds...that couldn't happen, catching a Jedi on foot would be difficult.

He didn't have time for proper breathing before firing, instead he just lined up the sights and the second they were on squeezed the trigger. The bolt lashed out of the E-11, flailing down the alleyway towards the Jedi's calf. Without checking to see if he'd hit, Cylus jerked his E-11 upwards, higher than the Jedi's head...he had heard of jumping tricks and he was determined to be ready for them.

"Should have just given up, Jedi." He muttered aloud.

Blaise used the force to see if there were any other Jedi or force users within a certain radius that he could communicate with. He knew he couldn't outrun a blaster, and with no lightsaber to protect himself, he had to quickly think of some sort of plan to get himself out of here. He had gotten into trouble before, but not like this. Nothing as severe as this.

The Padawan was so busy thinking about a way to save himself that he didn't see, or even sense, the bolt coming towards him before it had already hit him in the leg. He wasn't quick or agile and was quite lanky for his age, but his reflexes were quick as a Jedi which always helped, though not this time. Blaise collapsed to the floor from the shock and pain. He clutched the injured leg and slowly turned his head to glare at Cylus.

Despite the injury, he still had the force and now he was more determined than ever.

Cylus began to gradually approach, slinging the weapon back towards his downed foe. This was proving to be quite easy, easier then he had expected. He almost thought it was a trap, but he sincerely doubted it. He could already see the charred hole in the man's leg from here. Must have been painful.

That didn't stop his forward advance, he felt no sympathy for the fellow on the ground in front of him. He had chosen to become a Jedi...an enemy against the One Sith. One that would be captured promptly and interrogated for all of his knowledge.

They were going to have an interesting time in other words. He reached out a hand, aiming to grab the Jedi by the hair before bashing him in the jaw with the E-11. If he was successful hopefully it would knock out the already in pain Jedi.
"Time to sleep."

Blaise moved his hands from his leg and watched Cylus gradually approach. He held out both his hands and used the force in attempt to hold back the man for as long as he could, though it was proving difficult to continue, he eventually stopped and dropped his hands to his sides, it didn't even matter if it had worked or not, he was exhausted.

"Please..." he said quietly in an attempt to negotiate as the space between them closed. The Padawan moved backwards but was grabbed by the hair and had something slammed into his jaw. He cried out in pain and the impact almost knocked him out, leaving him close to defenceless. He feigned being unconscious, though he was near to it.

Cylus was satisfied with his blow, watching as the Padawan stopped struggling and went unconscious. This had been easy, very easy.
He released his grip on his E-11, holstering it as he removed a pair of stun cuffs which he would use to rapidly attempt to bind the man.

He then spoke into his comlink
"Jedi down, read coordinates from Command."
Troopers were on the way to help him retrieve the Jedi.
[member="Blaise Laurent"]

Blaise allowed the cuffs to be put on him to give himself time to recover from the blow and to further feign unconsciousness. Once Cylus began talking into his comlink, the Padawan lunged towards the E-11 and used the force to try and push the man over, though it was a lot to do at once and he couldn't be sure if it would work or not, but he still aimed himself for the gun with his hands bound. Despite not having a lightsaber or a lot of movement, he still had the use of the force.

Cylus was slung back in an instant, falling to the ground with a groan as he made contact against the ground. Meanwhile as the Jedi shifted his hands around, the stun cuffs did what stun cuffs did best, they electrocuted him every time he made a large movement.

He stood up sluggishly beginning to re-approach the newfound threat, though his back hurt a bit from the fall.

He saw him going for the blaster...but knew in his heart he probably wouldn't be able to really grab it. He reached for his side, laying his hand over the hilt of his blade and stepped forward, aiming to deliver a kick to the man's cranium.
[member="Blaise Laurent"]

Blaise yelped in pain as he was shocked by the stun cuffs, he forgot that these types of cuffs stunned you. He lay on the floor for a moment, stunned, before urging himself to get up but his body just wouldn't respond.

Once he saw the foot coming towards him, he quickly force jumped in order to avoid it but only fell back down again from the injury in his leg and grimaced. "Please. Don't do this, I can give you anything." he pleaded, attempting to negotiate as he slowly moved away, his jaw still throbbing.

The Padawan was afraid for once.

Cylus Jest

Servant of the Inquisition
Cylus watched the man attempt to apparently crawl away from him. It was pitiful to say the least, maybe the fellow was trying to pull at Cylus' heartstrings, if he was he'd soon find that they had been severed long ago...at birth specifically.

A thought crossed his mind to maybe let this fellow go...he wasn't really worth having around, wasn't even really worth killing. But...no, he still needed him for one thing. To send a message to the Jedi, and then he'd let him go...he didn't care what happened to the poor fellow after that.

Cylus stepped forward once more, this time getting a bit closer to try and avoid the inevitable dodge attempts, he slung his leg back and forward once more, his boot going towards the Jedi's jawline in another attempt at rapid unconsciousness.
"You have nothing to offer me, Jedi."
[member="Blaise Laurent"]

Blaise kept his eyes on the man and began to grow angrier as he watched. He didn't allow himself to move at the knowledge that he would be stunned again. He didn't understand why this person was so desperate for him, there were probably a lot more Padawans that would go more easily than him. But then again, he was probably one of the only, if not the only Jedi in this city.

The Padawan didn't even even have time to register the boot coming towards him before it was too late. He felt the impact of the boot first, then the pain, then the impact of the ground and then unconsciousness.

"You have nothing to offer me, Jedi." he heard, before he was no longer able to respond.

Cylus nodded once as his boot made impact with the Jedi and sent him sprawling, this time he was unconscious, Cylus was sure of it. He stepped over, shrugging the man up to his feet and began to drag him away.

In the center of the marketplace landed a small speeder, filled with individuals wearing plague masks and stormtrooper armor. They helped Cylus heave the Jedi onto the speeder before he climbed in and the machine roared to life once more, zooming through the Coruscant sky with rapid acceleration.

Should all go well, the speeder would zoom towards a landing pad where sat a Lambda-class shuttle, also containing yet another Undying trooper. The troopers would once more assist in lifting the limp Jedi into the shuttle before locking his feet to the chair with standard cuffs.

Cylus took a seat near the Jedi, his eyes staring at him intently as he waited for the Shuttle to break atmosphere. This Jedi would be helping him so much more then he'd ever imagined.
And...maybe, just maybe, he would keep his life in the process. Of course that all depended on his ability to follow orders and answer questions.
"Sleep well, Jedi. It will be the last peaceful sleep you have in a while."
