Corwin Kesyk was born on the planet Bakura to aristocratic parents with a history of Imperial service. Their family has been on Bakura since before the old Galactic Empire, establishing themselves as a powerful noble house with ties to the Imperial military and Imperial Security Bureau. They remain entrenched on Bakura to this day and it serves as the families retreat and stronghold even as Imperial factions rise and fall.
Upon becoming an adult, Corwin was sent to Lianna to enter the service of the Imperial military there as a infantry officer. The young Cadet displayed a keen strategic mind and a skill for authority and command. Though his real talents would later be discovered to better serve himself, and the Empire of the Lost, in a more shadowy role. So it was he was transferred from the Imperial Stormtrooper Corps to the ISB, to serve as a field agent at the rank of Captain. It was here he really found his calling and created a career out of espionage, subterfuge and surveillance.
When the EoTL fell, Corwin was one of many Imperials to retreat from the Mid and Outer Rim to return home to Bakura. It was here he would ply his trade from a safe haven as the remnant Imperials plotted their next moves, never ones to accept defeat or give up the objective of a strong Empire. Corwin had been a high ranking ISB supervisor of the EoTL before its fall and now, having plotted with two close friends of his, he returns to the galactic stage at the head of yet another Imperial remnant force.

He knows how to get information and is even better at utilizing it to his benefit. He weaves a web of intrigue across the galaxy with skill and brutal efficiency.
