Could I Have A Avatar Please

I would be grateful if someone could create an avatar for me/help me make one. what I would like is a male, tan skinned with battle scars maybe on his face area, black or brown hair and ripped. my character will be wearing a combat vest and some scavenged piece's of old recolored Imperial storm-trooper armor. if some one could tell me of a really good program or something of the sort that would be fine. or if an artist would not mind on his/her free time to draw(or whatever) the avatar I would be grateful.
