Size: N/A for both. Just not too small...

Images: For the Avi, this would do nicely. As for the sig, I would like this and this, if that's possible. If not, then replace the second one with this.

Animated?: Yes

Border?: Yes please. On both, if you can. The main thing about The Cartographer is that he LOVES parties. So a very lively and colorful border will work for both graphics.

Text: Just a single line; "My party, my rules." Use whatever font you feel fits best.

Anything else?: Not really. Just think "PARTYYY!" while you make it, I guess. Thanks!
