The Covenant of the Black Rose
A sanctuary for anyone who wishes to study the nature of the Darkside, free of restrictions and equality.
Here at the Black Rose one can learn the mysteries of several different paths in life.
1. Biogenetics: Learn genetic engineering through altering the genomes of living organisms.
2. Cybernetics: Cybernetics is a transdisciplinary approach for exploring regulatory systems, their structures, constraints, and possibilities. Cybernetics is relevant to the study of systems, such as mechanical, physical, biological, cognitive, and social systems.
3. Alchemy: A science that refers to a number of areas under the Sith. It encompasses any power or technique which used the Dark side of the Force to permanently alter an item or living being.
4. Sorcery/Sith Magick: To use the arcane through the use of the Darkside. One who is known to practice this uses recitations of spells and artifacts.
5. Deception/Illusion/Manipulation: Several Force Abilities and skills fall under this category. Here can learn the art of deception, the act of deceiving someone, to achieve goals or whatnot. Illusions through wrongly perceived or interpretations to another's senses. Manipulation, mind control and dominance of the will of another.

The council is made up of six (6) members, including the leader, that acts as a governing body for the Black Rose. Here they commune to pass laws, rules, wave wars and rebellions, and judgment on any that stand against the Black Rose.
