Cravepoint LLC is more or less a simple vending machine business that has reached an interstellar scale. Starting out a minor revenue stream for Telemaco to pad out his wallet by buying used vending machines eventually saw it becoming a very wealthy business in the heart of Hutt Space. Even designing and producing its own models of vending machines for selling more specialized products.
Considering that vending machines aren’t the most expensive pieces of machinery to acquire and operate it wasn’d difficult for him to upscale operations and quickly. Eventually he had enough locations that it wasn’t possible for him to keep up with restocking them himself so eventually employed the use of simple labor droids to handle maintaining them. Allowing Cravepoint vending machines to infest many streets and businesses across parts of Nar Shaddaas impossibly complex urban sprawl by working with other local businesses and property owners to rent space to place various vending machines.
After setting up vending machines on other planets Telemaco spent a good deal of credits on an old and rare BRT Super Computer to work the increasingly complex logistics and supply chain of his own enterprise. Allowing Telemaco to put all his focus on expanding the scope of his business toward’s the highly industrailized galactic core. With sights on infesting every corner of the galaxy galaxy with his machines and the wide variety of commodities they sell. Currently the company has no loyalties to governments or factions. Not even to shareholders as it isn’t a public corporation.
The vast majority of the companies workforce is made of various droids. Less than 10% of it is comprised of sentient beings. Most of the costs in running teh business come from inventory, maintenance and repairs. However the few sentients that are hired can see many benefits to paid time off, various insurance plans, and comparatively high wages afforded to them thanks to the cost saving benefits of having a mostly unpaid labor force in the form of droids.
RATIONALE
Telemaco simple bought a few pre-owned vending machines with his own savings and placed them high traffic ares. Cravepoint was practically built from the ground up by Telemaco. A rather straightforward process. Although the funds that Telemaco used came from illegal schemes and scams utilizing his shapechanging abilities.
