Create, Destroy

Scene Setting:

Just some ruins

Solar hues of alternating color peering from behind jagged mountain peaks. Rays of gold pink, blue orange and violet. Illuminating the heavens in their final hours of brilliance. As night would soon outstretch its infinite wings and engulf the world. A cool breeze ushering in the night hour. Whistling through the thicket of brush and limbs. Hollow haunting draws of deep whispering willows. The low valley set betwixt the surround range of towering slopes. As if caging the area off from the rest of the world and it's corruption.

The modern Eden nearly untouched by structures outside of nature's design. Ancient cobble stone alleys and pathways over grown and near invisible to the naked eye. Amdist the center lies long since crumbled towers and dwellings. Short walls overgrown with ivy and other vines. Still somewhat clear of the higher vegetation surrounding its boarders. The inhabitants long removed by the passage of time but new settlers occupy the cracks and crevices. Insects chirp and cry out into the night.

As amphibious bats and other nocturnal creatures answer. Amongst all that stirred came another light but profound sound. A trickling of water which lead to a fountain. While cracked and ravaged by time. The structure stood alone in it's mostly intact state amongst the ruin. Clear water as pure as any stream still flowing through it's spout. Lilies and a few tiny fish finding residence within.

Opening:

Such an untouched paradise which the nature had reclaimed. Pure and holy was this lasting Eden. Though such was a becon for those who seek to corrupt and deal in the dark. Which was likely the reasoning for the females appearance. The purity of the land summoning her like a fly to honey.

With the appearance of the female came a brief hush. Not even the insects seemed willing to reveal their location. An unusual fear fell upon the land, the presence of this woman. It disturbed the very ground which she stood upon. The world in this moment held its breath. Waiting to see her next move.

Appearing quite out of place amongst the surrounding she found herself within. The mysterious female was adorned in a matching suit. Black on black with a white tie to off set the balance in dark colors. Her medium length ebony locks feathered like that of a ravens wings. A pair of black rimmed bifocals adorn her features. Set upon the bridge of her nose. Which an index finger came up to adjust to their proper position. Lenses magnify such intense sapphire irises which appeared to glow in the dim night.

Taking in a small inhale seemed to catch the air in every throat. Eyes closed for but a brief moment. Long thick black lashes lift to reveal those piercing eyes. An exhale leaving parting lips which form a small smile. As her exhale came so to did the world. As the moment of silence was now past. All the familiar sounds of the valley at night returned. Her gaze shifting amongst the ruined village. As small strides brought her statuesque form through the overgrown streets and alleyway. Onward she walked until she came to the entrance of the ancient temple. Yes, this was where she needed to be. Once more did her heels click against the ground, an ominous sound ringing out in the silence of the night.

Click. Click. Click.

Crunch.

The symphony of foreign footsteps invaded the quiet of evening. For centuries, nature had been permitted to ran rampant upon the forest world - reclaiming all of man's efforts on the surface. Yet now, the new norm had been disrupted by a lethal dose of flair. Ever closer did the woman stride, crushing underfoot nature's attempt at ensnaring cobbled stone. Yet. She was not the only one who caused a ruckus as she saunted forth from the brush. No. Her companion had already forged ahead, occupying the Spire that was consumed by nature.

Against the dim of the evening, his presence was difficult to detect by eyesight alone. Slashed in black was he, complete with a raised hood in "true" Sith fashion. What's more, his attention was not upon the woman, nor the forest at her heels, but rather the Temple itself. For that reason was his back turned, forming a slight camoflauge against the shadow of the ancient ruin. For several seconds, the Sith Lord stood as quiet as the evening surrounding them. Yet, as her stray footstep annihilated a branch, Darth Metus' attention was deviated.

He turned, regarding the woman with his sulphuric gaze.

"I've neglected you." came his admission. His voice was...the furthest thing from tender. His face was far from sincere. His words slithered forth with an intent that was not sweetness towards a wife. No. This was different. This was a man who had glossed over a duty...ignored potential...This was a Sith righting his mistake. "But no more. I cannot rely on time, nor Carnifex, to mold you any further. From this moment on, I will guide you."

His offhand rose.

Dominance shrieked from his grasp.

The Dark Side obeyed - crashing into the ancient doors with a thunderous BOOM! Metal skidded into the pitch black corridor beyond, exposing the way forward to their eyes.

"Come."

Inexorably phlegmatic, unresponsive to the exhibition of the male. Antithetical interior impulses clash with exterior aplomb. Whilst conflicted with an appropriate retort. Azure irises beaming within the spark of his power. While he moved forward,. Izevel stood firm and unyielding for but a few moments before following after.

Brilliance in illuminated irises shot dark and devoid of any spark. Whilst she herself seemed untaxed or phased, what-so-ever. Annoyance danced just beneath the surface wildly, her face a mask of simple neutrality. Taking a deep breath she would return to the task at hand. On the contrary her emission seemed to release an immense weight for her. Her posture and stance relaxed a bit. Though any with expert or higher detection could sense the reality. This release was but a pale comparison to what remained stored within this vessel. After all, a vessel comes with its own limitations. From beneath her heels cracked and crumbled the branches and soil.

After remaining silent for a time. She would grace the male with her words. Her vocals soft.

"You've neglected me when one should be focusing on the melody of destruction. It should be blooming, deafening those it sweeps by, beating down harder, harder, and harder, until blood is forged with an unforgiving fire, until loneliness is tasted like all the empty promises given to me, until the anger is drained out of my poisoned heart"

Her words flow with such intricacy and fluidity. Simple expressions and uncompleted terms seemed like honey flowing from the mouth of a poet. A composer with words to sound out a spell of enticement, a curse upon those who give in to such temptation.
