Hey guys,
Looking for input from anyone, but especially those who are a bit more familiar with the Dark Side of the chaos community.
I'm building a second Character profile since threads seem to move pretty slowly around here, and I find myself with more free time than RPs to participate in with just my Daak Dakaara character is really involved with.
The idea I had was a young (13-15), deeply troubled young man. He would be a prime contender for the "Anti-Social Personality of the Year" award. But, a few things I'd love your opinions on.
1. He is force sensitive. The idea is that he's been surviving out of a Dark Side Cave similar to the one on Dagobah which Luke went into, except on Tatooine. Being force sensitive and living, alone, within the bounds of the cave means that he's succumbed pretty much entirely to the dark side of the force. I translate this as him being effectively brainwashed since his youth, and with the intensity of the Dark Side Cave, he's pretty much insane by this point. However, he is no Sith... yet. I would like him to be. Would it be better for me to create a "Coming to the Sith" story-arc for his character profile, or would it be better to find a thread/other character willing to take him as an initiate and turn him into one (I'd prefer the latter. I want to RP his journey to be a Sith)?
2. Because of his strange upbringing, I would like to have a certain affinity to a couple of force powers, things that a force-sensitive might naturally adapt without proper instruction. What sort of abilities, if any, would you suggest he understand at least at a rudimentary level without God-Modding the crud out of his profile?
