OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Dispara came to captain the Witch's Boudoir under mysterious and some say nefarious means. Once part of the crew when the ship was called Bendo's Talon, a fierce battle with a privateer vessel left the Talon crippled and much of the crew dead or wounded, including the captain. Dispara, was the only crew member present when the captain died, and she claimed the captain bequeathed his ship and position to her. The remaining crew instantly divided between those who believed her and those that didn't. Those that didn't suffered a rare display of Dispara's grasp of the Dark Side. Those that supported her either left with some severance or became the part of the crew of the newly renamed Witch's Boudoir.
Of the core of that crew, ten remain, including Tyra. The rest of the command crew and an additional twenty or so pirates currently aboard the ship were recruited by Dispara over time. Those that perished in service to the Boudoir were given a burial at space, to be replaced as suitable recruits are available.

Dispara found Suki far too talented and adorable to leave in such a state, and recruited her for the Boudoir. Suki is highly skilled but easily irritated if rushed or harangued while she works. She is a quick shot too, and also quite a good cook, treating the crew to delicious Atrisian meals.

Dispara shows her an unusual deferential respect. Somehow Stela remains calm in the most chaotic situations, proving to be an emotional anchor for the crew. Known only to Dispara, Stela has some primitive Force abilities related to healing and affecting the emotions of others. This makes her not only a good ship's doctor, but a diplomat, counselor and haggler on behalf of the crew. She does not participate directly in combat, and her true reason she remains part of the crew is known only to Dispara.
