Let's say that, after an illegal gambling-related raid, a criminal organization would have its ties to the One Sith exposed. As a result, said criminal organization has splintered in two factions, codenamed by law enforcement according to which species is at the faction's helm: the "Neimoidians" who wish to remain loyal to the One Sith and the "Geonosians", who wish to break away from the One Sith (the Geonosians, not being welcome in the First Order, cannot swear allegiance to the First Order either). However, the species of the factions' leadership have no bearing on who does the fieldwork.
