Elementary: This dress has been reinforced with a special dye whose Formula is still classified, rendering it highly or extremely resistant to flames, acid, cryo, and microwaves

Strength: Vera's strength is so massively enhanced she could wrestle an Alpha Wookiee and have a solid chance at winning

Stealth: Special software renders Vera's presence nearly undetectable by Force Adepts. This was achieved by studying the Brains of adepts actively trying to sense someone's presence then comparing it to the physical and brain data of organisms most successful at hiding from adepts, then generating a special electrical field around the body that mimics these conditions. This was achieved by adapting tech found in another work of Vera's mother, which was called the Psychic Reservoir

WEAKNESSES

Blasters: Can not take more than three shots from a rifle

Kinetics: Likewise, three blows only from vibro or three shots from ballistics

Stealth limits: The stealth field can only remain active for 007 minutes before it needs another 007 to recharge

Ion: Ion messes with the suit properties, shutting the electronics inside down for three minutes

DESCRIPTION

This suit is designed by Vera to assist in the activities of her more clandestine activities as a vampiric criminal for hire. Long and flowing, designed to resemble elegant civilian wear, it is nonetheless another deadly tool of an artificial vampire.

I love this mind of yours but this will also need some sort of link to a chaos or canon piece. It is a powerful thing for the dress to have without some explanation and details.
