Strengths:
  • The Crimson Command variant of the XoXaan II increases the durability and firepower of the already potent heavy assault cruiser.
Weaknesses:
  • The limited numbers of XoXaan IIs so modified have ensured the design will never become widespread.
Description: How familiar a story - the ten oldest XoXaan II-class Star Destroyers in service were nearing the end of their lifespans, having served through the Sith Ascendancy's rise into the revision of the Sith Empire. The ships had fought an immense number of battles, having engaged foe after Jedi-supported foe in order to maintain the Dark Side's dominion over the realm of space. And while they were due for at best a major refit and at worst decommissioning, the Sith Lord known as Vanessa Vantai had other ideas.

The XoXaan IIs were taken to the Nathema Orbital Yards, where they were stripped down to the frame, given new and powerful weaponry, upgraded to the latest specifications, and gifted with red havod hulls - an intentional homage to one of the Galactic Empire's most infamous naval units, Crimson Command. Similarly would Crimson Command itself be recreated as an Imperial fleet, comprised of these potent warships functioning in concert with one another. Sith vessels such as the Sceltor, the Corrupter, and the Achilles, all with storied histories of their own, now find themselves working together, reborn from the time-expired ashes of Sith service.

What destructive havoc they will wreak, or who they will wreak it against, remain to be seen.
