The Black Sun Assassins are a small group of highly trained sentients, each incredibly capable in martial combat and assassination/stealth techniques. They wear a black colored uniform, which uses a range of materials to support their method of operation, and have access to the best quality equipment for their purposes.
While their stealth suits allow them to blend into an environment, able to adapt to any given surrounding, it is not complete invisibility. They have higher resistances to lightsabers and other plasma/energy weaponry, due to being composed of songsteel and cortosis-weave and armorweave, however the stealth suit is light armor - with the limitations that brings.
It has been made to favor stealth and silence, over outright durability.
The photoreactive fibers the suit uses allow it to blend into basically any environment the wearer is in, however it is not invisibility, and the color changing does not function with numerous complex variants - that is to say, the fibers become the most common surrounding color. For example, if they are in snow, it will become white, if they are in shadow, it will become black, etc. This function can be toggled on and off, using mask interfacing, as the fibers retain either positive or negative electrical flow to function.
Default armor color is black, when not using photoreactive fibers.
There is optional modularity, such as individualized (PC) design/look or attachments of additions; but for the larger assassin unit (NPCs), they utilize this stealth suit as is, according to this submission entry.
