__The Crown-Class royal heavy cruiser/carrier is the flagship of the Mnenchei Monarchy and, as of yet, the largest ship in their armada of only a handful of vessels. Built to order by Ri'ess Regal Drive Industries by the request of the monarchy, this sizable cruiser takes after its capital imperial predecessors of the first galactic empire.
__It's flak cannons are mechanically fed, mostly externally-mounted turrets which only require crews for targeting, firing and feeder maintenance to operate and are effective on fighters and small vessels.

__To create a fun, unique ship that reflects the ideology and nature of the Mnenchei as well as to give us a means of defense/military force. A faction with no ships is like a goat with no teeth.
