Reference Notes:

+Proxy War = No direct involvement and interaction. Do not go out of the way to attack. And we will only attack if they active provoke it.

+Total War = Just that, attack on sight. Do not hesitate. Kill them all. And glass their planets, do not take and hold their territory. Looking for only, total destruction. We will take active threads against this faction, with the sole intent to destroy them (Personal first and stuff second).

+Neutral = No direct interaction. Do not attack and do not engage. Attack only if they initiate it.
