All citizens of the Crystalsong Commonwealth are entitled to the equal rights of a citizen of the Commonwealth.
All Nobles are of equal political status and are subject to the same laws and legislatures as all citizens of the Commonwealth.
The title of Noble is honorific; the title is unaffected nor affects any history or criminal record of the past.
All legislatures and proposals must be given council and pass by a majority vote.
All legislatures and proposals are open to the public or to a Noble representative of a system(s) or world(s).
Crystalsong is a sacred haven for all citizens of the Crystalsong Commonwealth, aboriginal or immigrant, and is protected by the full extent of law.
Crystalsong is to serve as the Capital World of the Crystalsong Commonwealth.
[EDICT 11-03-14-002] General Laws of the Commonwealth
1. All crimes with the exception of murder of a Noble or Head of State shall face trial by public council and are punishable up to death.
1:A. Murder is criminal and punishable by death.
1:B. Theft is criminal and punishable by incarceration.
1:C. Adultry is criminal and punishable by fine.

. Aiding and Abetting hostile factions or organizations is criminal and punishable by death or exile.
1:E. Destruction of property is criminal and punishable by fine and/or incarceration.
1:F. All crimes that fall under the "Common Sense" clause are punishable at the behest of the acting Warden of the system(s) which the crime occurred.
2. All punishments are to be decided by the presiding Warden and are enacted immediately or upon the assigned date.
3. Exploitation of the Legal System of the Commonwealth may be punishable by Exile.
4. No crime committed and found guilty of is necessarily punishable to the fullest extent of the crime as described by law, at the discretion of the presiding Warden.
5. All criminals foreign or domestic facing trial have the right to legal council, whether by a galactic legal official or an ordained Noble of the Commonwealth.
6. This Edict is not subject to alteration; a new edict or amendments may be proposed and given council in replacement of [Edict 11-03-14-002].
