Once, the Galactic Republic stood as a bastion of peace and democracy in the galaxy. That golden age has passed, replaced with an era of strife and war. The galaxy runs red with the blood of the slain, and millions more still are cast into the gallows in the name of dark gods and monstrous emperors. In a time such as this, stability and a firm hand is required to bring back the rule of moral law, and restore society to its former heights.When the Core Imperial Federation collapsed, the Essonians saw their opportunity. The people of Ession were culled beneath the blades of the Sith war machine, their world scourged of life, and the survivors enslaved.
