  • Bat Out of Hell: The Infiltrator is incredibly nimble, relying on its impressive acceleration, maximum speed, and maneuverability to make quick combat insertions and hasty escapes.
  • Hello, World: Pilots and crew are supported the robust "Synapse" Command Interface Suite, including GDI Battlenet and an impressive shipbound AI personality to aid and assist with combat missions.
  • Remote-Controlled: Like its predecessor, the CX-902 can be remotely controlled via special comlinks worn by its pilots, so long as the ship remains in orbit around the planet which the pilot is deployed. Functions include short, directed flight paths; automated landing at or takeoff from a designated coordinate; and hyperdrive pre-spooling.
  • Vampiric Touch: Damage incurred is harnessed by the GDE-RS5 Molecular Reactive Shield Array and used to supplement its ancillary shielding systems, creating a shield matrix that can withstand moderate damage before needing to be rebooted.

  • Don't Scratch the Paint: Due to the high cost and lack of modularity of the Infiltrator's advanced systems, only six were produced by the Tarkin Initiative; reparing or replacing an Infiltrator is extremely difficult. Pilots are expected to treat their ships as an extension of their body, and therefore any loss as a mortal wound unto themselves.
  • Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Butterfly: While its crew may be elite combat specialists, the Infiltrator is not a direct-combat vessel. Its dual forward-mounted laser cannons and proton torpedo package are enough to allow pilots to defend themselves in a direct confrontation, but ultimately the intent is to escape rather than engage.
  • Target Locked: The Infiltrator's shield array, exterior armor plating, and command interface will suffer critical failures if exposed to sustained ballistic damage.

The CX-902 Dagger-class Infiltrator is a cutting-edge combat starship meticulously crafted by the Tarkin Initiative for the Dark Empire. This advanced vessel serves as the primary starfighter for the elite Inferno Squadron, a special forces unit tasked with executing high-stakes missions that require precision, stealth, and power. In the hands of Inferno Squadron, the CX-902 Dagger-class Infiltrator is a versatile and deadly tool. It excels in roles that require quick strikes and surgical precision, often deployed for sabotage, reconnaissance, and high-value target elimination.

The Dagger-class starfighter boasts a sleek, aerodynamic design that enhances its speed and maneuverability in combat situations. Its angular silhouette reduces drag and provides a low-profile target, making it ideal for infiltration missions. Inside, the starfighter is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology to support its pilot and mission specialists. The cockpit features the comprehensive GS/DE "Synapse" Command Interface Suite that provides real-time data on enemy movements, navigation routes, and mission objectives. The robust GDE-RS5 Molecular Reactive Shield Array ensures the Infiltrator is well-defended against a variety of threats.
