STRENGTHS​

• Balanced: With the addition of extra weapons emplacements, the ship now has a greater range of coverage.
• I am speed: Continued improvements to the engine systems, provide these vessels their greatest strength.

WEAKNESSES​

• Soft belly: Even with the removal of the fighter docks and addition of weapons emplacements, the underside of the vessels is still a blaring weak spot.
• No fighter support: Usually in formations with dedicated fighter support, warranted the removal of the fighter docks from the vessels.
• Reliance on technology: With highly automated systems, and upgrades allowing the integration into the Akaran Fleet Comm, it makes it difficult for these ships to hide their signature as well as being a high priority target.

DESCRIPTION​

In their prior service, these two vessels have seen quite a bit of action. First under One Sith commands, then as the personal ships of Kimiko herself. They ferried the Empress to points across the Galaxy, allowing her and her companions to travel in relative safety. But as the Akaran Navy became more and more organized, the future of these aging vessels began coming into question.

It was finally decided to modernize the vessels to bring them up to par with the rapidly advancing Akaran Navy. Using homogeneous tech and designs, the Akaran engineers were successful in bringing the ships up to speed.

Permission was given previously for members of the Kathol Outback to hijack and to own this class of ship as well as others prior to that ruling, as part of a faction event campaign.
