DESCRIPTION
Cybot Galactica is the friendly faced and forward looking megacorporation who brings cutting edge technology to the market. But deep below their progressive outer layer the company is an exceptionally ruthless machine of laissez-faire capitalism. Entire planets are drained of their resources to fuel the droid industry costing Quadrillions of credits, and workers live and labour in the worst conditions outside of slavery.

Dissidents or whistleblowers are promptly removed from action by private deathsquads, and rival companies are bullied by the private mercenary network the company maintains. The company’s social media network called Cynet is regularly censored in order to protect the company’s image.

Cybot is the quintessential evil corporation: ruthless capitalists and shadowy business practices. They have a finger in every pot, and sell to all comers, regardless of government, ideology, or force based practices.



RATIONALE
The CEO of Cybot is Jeffrey Bolton, widely believed to be a Human Replica Droid created to be the friendly face of the company. The real owners and controllers of the company are an unknown cabal, and some even believe the company is run entirely by intelligent droids. The company was based for most of its history on the planet of Etti IV, though have relocated to Telti, a moon of Sistooine in the wake of the chaotic war in the Corporate Sector. The company is not as rich an powerful as it was before the Gulag Plague, but it aims to one day return to its glory and perhaps even surpass its former self.
