DESCRIPTION
Czar's Arms is a large weapons company that serves mostly the Czelosmertian Army, PMCs, mercenaries, and is no stranger to selling directly to pirates or criminals outside of Zhilaseraya. The company is directly allied with the Czelosmertian royal family, infact owned by them. As a result, you can often expect any dealings done by the company have the blessings of the current Czar. While Czar's Arms is mostly a run of the mill operation, it has been under investigation several times for reportedly making illegal weapons, as there have been rumors of a biological/chemical weaponry department hidden away from the outside galaxy. However, the Czar denies this directly, and assures the outside galactic authorities that it is just an arms company.
RATIONALE
The company is in control of the Czelosmertian royalty, when Czar Umirov "the Innovator" founded it after fielding his own inventions in his army 200 years ago. Pulling together the greatest weapons designers and tacticians of the time, he founded Czarskoy Oruzhshi, or "Czar's Arms." They went on to create a multitude of weapons that the Czelosmertian Army uses today. While it is not directly overseen by the royal family, it is owned by them.
