RATIONALE
During the half-way turn of the 800th century ABY, Czerka found itself floundering from a lack of a singular, coherent vision. For decades, the indsutrial giant struggled to find purchase within the galactic markets as it was pulled in too many directions by an extremely quick turnover rate in its senior leadership positions. Within this chaos, the long-time investor Kercez Zsinj found opportunity calling. Through ruthless pursuit of his ambition, Zsinj strategically maneuvered himself into a position to take control. The influence he gradually managed to exert within the company became increasingly absolute, snaking its way through every level of the hierarchy. Eventually, Zsinj aggressively leveraged this influence in a bid to take control of Czerka as its chairman, coming out on top after his principal opponent was forced to back out for unstated reasons.
