DESCRIPTION
Made in the modern days of Draconian History, this ship was created to defense it's massive ring structure around the planet, Containing a massive amount of firepower for it's size, It is more then capable with dealing with ships of a larger class then itself. It has Proven successful in many of its attempts to defense it's staring colonies from larger fleets of raiders, looking for loot and slaves.

While many are needed to pilot compared to its class and size, it seems WELL worth it. Many captains within the navy love this ship purely for its Offence and defense, and many want to command one of these ships purely for the safety it provides, Before they are promoted to a high status

If it is still 0, then there is nothing to gain. You cannot go lower than 0 when lowering ratings and get no ratings bonus from it. Please revise all your ratings.

Let me know when this is fixed.
