Biography: Born to a middle class family in the upper levels of Taris, Dallen's family was quick to move into the Inner Rim to better improve his education. Settling on Carida it was all but certain that the growing young man would eventually settle on the Academy of his new home as his place of study. However, rather than follow those expectations it was Dallen's decision to move away from his family and instead opted to go to the Anaxes Colleges. It would be there that he would study feverishly to become an excelling student, though his social interactions with his fellow officers in training would be scarce and in between.

Believing that his own merit and ability matter more than relying on others he has a difficult time making friends, especially as he's steeled himself for the life of a soldier where comrades will die on a frequent basis and getting to know them just before they die would likely only make the job harder. Regardless of his sociological beliefs for a military driven individual, he scored among the top in his class and was quick to rise to Captainship in the Republic Navy in the hard time of the war when the galactic incident made many disappear and caused plenty of territory to be lost by all.
