PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Damos is man who knows what it means to hold onto power. Being raised from wealth and surrounded by people who wanted to use him for his money or undermine him because of it, he has learned to be distrustful and became reserved because of how his peers saw him as a status symbol. While he has really good business acumen and knows how to deal with people, he ultimately hates working with others but knows he needs to rely on others to achieve his goals. But he will step on a few necks along the way.

Business acumen - Damos was born into the business world is very familiar with the culture of the galactic's wealthy elite that he knows how to navigate egos that have net worths equal to most planetary populations.
Sith Duelist - Trained as a duelist with proficiency in Makashi as well as force abilities such as lightning and choke.

Has something to judge - He always tries to look for weaknesses in other people, causing him to hyper focus on people's insecurities. People can take advantage of this by feigning insecurity to catch him off guard.
Untrusting - Damos always keeps people at a distance and has no one he would call a friend.
HISTORY
Damos was born into a wealthy family, specifically a shipping and trade family in the Sith Empire. While he was going through private education and learning about the family business, Damos had displayed force sensitivity which automatically meant he had to train in the arts of the dark side. Damos went through his training just as well as any acolyte, but was scorned due to his wealthy upbringing. Where most of his classmates came from nothing, they lamented Damos. Given that he was so young, he did not fully understand why the acolytes mistreated him, surely he was wealthier than his classmates but he could not understand why they detested him when he treated them amicably. On his last year however, he was jumped by some of his classmates before he killed them all. He never told anyone about it, although everyone at the academy knew of the resentment the acolytes had for Damos. Their deaths were a surprise however.
When Damos was knighted, he had to navigate his responsibilities at his family business as well as his sith training. His family understood that if he were to continue his training to become a sith lord, the family business would be safe with a dark lord at the helm. Being a quick learner, Damos was able to refine his lightsaber skills and force abilities. As he would soon learn though, the instruction of his master was only so he could get close to his family. As it turned out his master was colluding with Damos' family to smuggle spice and black market narcotics. When Damos' master's rivals caught wind there was a crackdown and heads started to roll, literally. His master and his co-conspirators were killed, including his family, but Damos was able to go into hiding. He ran as far as possible until coming across Darth Reign. Damos lost his opinion towards the sith and would not take a position as Darth Reign's subordinate. However Reign recognized Damos' experience in his family's shipping business and figured he'd be perfect for Diarchy's Logistics Division where he was responsible for budgeting, allocation, and distribution of the Diarchy's resources. He was thus granted the rank of High Councilor.
